I would have picked bowser for Best Re-appearing villian in Nintendo Games but if it was any video game from nintendo, I would pick Kefka from Final Fantasy 6. (It showed up in japan on the SNES, so please don't go saying it was a PS game, it was also on the GBA.) Kefka, within like 5 minutes went from makeup wearing idiot that liked to poision and stab people, to a Grand Overlord ruler of the earth. I loved watching the Splitting of the Earth in VI.

For those who said Ganondorf, I'd have to agree, No other character has been able to terrify me. Including way back playing as a young kid to fight with cell shaded ganon.

Ahh... Gilgamesh... who could forget the "excalipoor" battle? His battle theme is also one of the best boss battle songs ever!!! go search for his theme on youtube, you won't regret it!

Ganondorf is the best of all Nintendo villains. If you can defeat the final boss of a game with a yo-yo, clearly said final boss is a waste of time, and you're in dire need of a real weapon. The Mother games are the butt end of so many jokes just because your weapon is a freaking toy, the bosses really aren't that difficult, and they just pale in comparison to stuff like The Legend of Zelda and Final Fantasy IV. You don't need your name in the title of a game to be good.

And how many times did Zoda come back? Once? Wow. Ganondorf kept coming back again and again, never truly dying. That's another reason Ganondorf just completely owns almost every other Nintendo villain.

And don't even get me started on that pansy, Bowser...

Awfully rude to people who doesn't happen to agree with you, huh? OMG, ITZ WO EPIC! No. Everyone has a reason certain bosses are epic to them. I love the Mother games, and Porkey is one of my favorite bosses, only because he is such a douche. Bowser is also on my list of favs, when he's not acting silly.

As Twilight said, it sure was fun beating him with a dang fishing rod. Didn't know about the bottle, though.

Anyway, Dedede isn't really a villian, but I suppose he could be counted as one. He certainly isn't evil, just a jerk. Bowser in Galaxy has to be one of the most epic boss battles there are. The final battle in the Wind Waker, and beast Ganon on top of the crashed Temple was just too good. Oh, and King Boo inside of Bowser in Luigi's Mansion was great.

In all seriousness, I'd say Ganondorf. Usually his schemes are as narrow minded as Bowser's, but he still gets his done with class.

Your kidding me, right? I have never faced Mother Brain before but from what I heard the classical form of Mother Brain just has floating thingies and turrets to fight for her. But I think the Super Metroid version of her is different, then again I have not gotten to her yet...
 
Ganondorf from Link: The Faces of Evil. His attacks were about as good as his looks.

Ganondorf from Twilight Princess was awesome. Not only did he look fierce, but his forms were pretty cool and the battles were epic. <3

I mean, I've never fought him, but I watched my sister completely pwn him, and he looks... like such a great villain to fight.

Apart from him, I'd probably also say Bowser from both Super Mario Sunshine and Super Mario Galaxy. He's come a long way from the original NES series, IMO.
 
Definately Pokey/Porky from Earthbound. Sure, Ganondorf is big, evil, and terrifying, but you can't go wrong with a fat, jerky blond kid becoming king of the world. Especially when that fat, jerky blond kid is an ordinary human being. That's just epic.

I would have to say the best nintendo villain is Wart from super mario 2, i mean, he blew bubbles and was a product of marios imagination, and he was one of the only villains in the nintendo series to not get rehashed into an incredibly easy joke of a boss battle over the years........I'm looking at you bowser in super mario galaxy and all 3d ganondorfs.....Oh, the majoras mask boss was pretty great though.
 
Actually, you are absolutley right. Waluigi is just about the ultimate in snideness. He & Wario really ned their own game together.
