I am the only one to choose Incineroar :(
I like incineroar just for its design and typing. The alolan starters are pretty well designed now that I think about it...
My second choice would be torterra, as I find it really cool.
Oshawott is actually my favorite first stage starter (it is just so cute!), but I find its final stage to be kind of weirdly designed
