4th Gen Best Starter Pokemon?

2. Cyndaquil

for me the second generation starters don't live up to the expectations like the other gens except for cyndaquil but that ok cuz all i need is one starter :)
cyndaquil was actually my first starter( my first pokemon game was crystal ) he's so cute and he evolves into a badass
but i prefer the 4th ten starters since i liked all three ^.^

i like cinnamon :)

IMO, Totodile is the best Johto starter because of its good level up move pool and high Attack. Cyndaquil is close, though.
