Blaziken vs. Infernape

This isn't a "Who do you like better" thread, this is who do you think would win in a fight. They know every move they can learn, they're both at level 100 (No Seismic Toss, haha.) The battlefield is the Pokemon League stadium. Go!

I think Infernape would win.

I'd say Blaziken. One of my favorite pokemon. Plus It excels in Stats over Infernape except in Speed.

Maybe you should add a poll. But aniway, I'd go with Blaziken. Faster.

Blaziken can learn Flying-type moves right off the bat, which gives it an edge.

And, actually- Infernape will usually turn out faster- but Blaziken has greater Attack and Special Attack, and some more HP.

In an all-out slugfest, Blaziken will come out on top.

I'm going with Blaziken, but you said this isn't a "Who's your Favourite"... so Blaziken because it can learn some Flying type moves which own Fighting types, such as Infernape.

Infernape used Earthquake!

Infernape is just the best, though Blaziken can learn flying moves.

I'm going to say Blaziken since it can learn flying type moves like others have previously stated. Plus Blaziken has an attack of 120 while Infernape has a Defense of 71. So if Blaziken were to use Brave Bird I think it could leave a bit of damage on Infernape. While Infernape has the better speed I just don't think it has the moves to take out Blaziken.

I knew my hypothetical situation had some irony in it somewhere... :(

I was suspecting Blaziken would stand a chance with either Brave Bird or Aerial Ace, though with Sash Ape, I guess that doesn't matter.

You could have given Blaziken AA and a Life Orb/Expert Belt doing more damage taking less HP. It's not like the CC did that much damage. Yet whose to say it'll survive the Earthquake.

edit: Lol just remembered yes if the Shuca Berry takes effect Blaziken might win.

I guess it depends on the spread/Evs/item/Ivs and how the trainer uses it in battle.

I'd have to say Blaziken. He's faster, and can learn flying moves.
Although Infernape could pack a power punch with Close Combat.

Personally, I prefer Blaziken, but truthfully, I think Infernape is a bigger threat. But Brave Bird would pwn Infernape....I'm going with Blaziken.

Where the heck are people getting that Blaziken is faster? Blaziken has base 80 spd while Infernape has base 108 spd. >_>

They're both huge glass cannons that can learn attacks that are supereffective against the other (brave bird and earthquake as mentioned above). Infernape has a huge advantage in speed though, which gives him the edge. :P

If they both are without items, and have adamant natures and EV spreads suited for physical sweepers, Infernape will most likely win. Sorry Blaziken fanboys, but it is truth. =/

Y'know, folks are forgetting the fact that Infernape- unlike Blaziken- needs a TM in order to get its major trump card.
