Okay, in this thread, I'll take any requests for Trainer Cards. Here are the Trainer Card bases you can choose from:

And here is the form:

Name (Including title if you want. Ie: Leader, Bug Catcher, PKMN Trainer):
Trainer (you can show me a custom one):
Pokemon (you can show me a custom one):
Badges:

You can also choose to have a Pokemon next to the trainer.

Here is an example:

Pokemon - Blissey (Shining please if you have one...:P), Manaphy, Empoleon, Gardevoir, Togekiss, Luxray (Is it all right if we use the DP sprites for Blissey and Gardevoir? Thanks)
Badges - (Eight Badges of Hoenn)
