well i can provide it but it would be alot easier if you could because i have heart gold and its hard to get that pokemon! i can get it though but i need to catch one from the wild

moves: if u can get ice beam (if u can if not that is ok), psychic, thunderbolt (if u can if not that is ok) and recover
nature: mild or timid
ev spread: max sp. atk max speed and do something with the rest

alright it would be easier for you to get it because when i level it up it will get a boost! so go to (forgot the name of the city at the far left of sinnoh) and catch one! thanks in advance!
