And to be honest, do you honestly think it's any different at EA, SEGA, Nintendo, Sony etc etc?

This is an answer to your question directed at other users:

Activision isn't doing anything different from any other major publisher... except for this aversion they have to supporting new IP. That's really the only thing they are doing differently, but they've been doing that for years.

Actually, yes I did.

Basically, that's say "because it's the corporate norm, it's not a bad thing".
