I noticed banned members' user titles are "Booted out-Don't be Like Me". From what I know, the only way to find out what they did is to check their posts or talk to the person that banned them. But this can sometimes be difficult to figure out. How can we know how not to be like them if it's not clear what they did? I think there should be an explanation on banned members on how they got banned. Whether it's a separate thread or a visitor message in their profile, there should be something that gives the reason.

But the ban reasons, unless completely obvious like you said, are between staff and the banned member. It's not fair to the banned member to have their information out there for everyone to see. That's why the infractions tab can only be seen by yourself and staff. It doesn't concern anyone else (unless the infraction is for harassing another member, in which case that's a third party with knowledge of the event).

Besides, if you don't want to end up "booted out" like those members, it's quite simple. Just follow PC's general rules and the rules of each section and you won't receive any infractions, saving you from being "booted out."

That's a little invasive, don't you think? Usually it's pretty obvious, but when it's not, then perhaps it's best you not know. It's not really your business. I don't say that to be rude, but it's true.
