    I remember looking at a post one time and the person had made this border art go all the way around the post. Does anyone know how to do that?

    That would be using a [css-div] tag. If you're not familiar with CSS I'd avoid it, as using the tag could be quite confusing. (You could just go to the W3 website and learn some CSS but that does take some time)
