I was bored today, even though it was hectic day around the world for the most part I was bored, and I need to do something that would take my mind off it all, so I opened PS and worked on my project: to create a furry looking Buizel.

First thing I had to do was to draw a Buizel, here is the end result of that:
After that I played around with brushes and other settings until I found something that worked:
And here is the end project with the initial sketch overlapping it, you will notice that I omitted the other side's eye.
