Thought this would be something fun to be published on Daily. A list of 5-10 British influences we'd want to see incorporated into Sword/Shield. More of a light-hearted and fun article but still delving into some cool worldbuilding ideas.
Thinking things from history, (pop) culture, geography... so ideas spanning from a royal family that you can battle (a la the Winstrates of Hoenn) where the matriarch of the family uses a Yamper, to being able to brew tea to feed to your Pokemon to raise their contest stats, to a reference of a war between Galar and Kalos that resulted in the signing of a treaty.
I think it'd be best if someone from Britain wrote this since you could fill it with relevant references beyond the general/stereotypical stuff non-British people could write on, but happy to team up with someone to write this or write it myself if none of our British members/Daily staff want to write it.
