    How come Volbeat and Illumise aren't Bug/Electric types? They are both Fireflies aka Lightning Bugs... and they can learn quite a few Electric moves. I think come Generation V they should be made into Bug/Electric... that and redrawn since they are the ugliest bugs I have ever seen!

    Tail Glow + Baton Pass; neutral hits from Flying damages; Bug/Psychic/Grass/Electric/Fighting/Ghost access through movepool; Trick; Encore

    I think I think too much...
    Or not enough...

    I never thought that, but now you say so, I don't see it insane XD
    They could perfectly be Bug/Electric, or at least Bug/Flying, since they actually fly XD

    Anyway, I like to have some pure Bug PKMN, 'cause they're almost Bug/Poison or Bug/Flying or another combination...

    And yes, they're quite ugly, but I don't think they would redraw them :/ They should redraw so many if it's the case :P

    You have a point, but maybe they are waiting until they realease the light type ;)

    Anyway, you have a point, they should make them electric or flying, preferably Electric so they have a unique tye combination, making them more noticed (Hopefully XD) Meh, I will agree, they aren't the prettiest bug types ;_;

    I don't think Illumise is ugly. Volbeat on the other hand...
    I do like the idea, it has happened before with Magnamite changing to part steel.

    Volbeat and Illumise Look more like bugs than electric types cux just look at them... But I know these 2 can learn electric moves, but that doesn't matter. lol xD

    I think it'd be a great idea; while Illumise and Volbeat aren't horrible pokemon, their movepools are quite wasted since they have pretty bad stats. With the unique type combination they might be much more useful, and new type combinations are always great.

    They haven't changed any pokemon's type in a new generation since Steel-types were introduced, so unfortunately I doubt they will be changed. Maybe they can get new evolutions with that type, though; that'd solve the problem with many people thinking they're ugly, wanting them to be Bug/Electric, etc. :P
