It's like over 20 times (when all the banned members was un-banned Jess never had all his accounts re-banned. And there is also a good many on the old PC too, no one has been banned more times then Jess has). But Jess works for Steve, and Steve hosts PC so nothing we can do about it.
 
Well regardless we can't say no. We might have all the technical powers, but they have the authority. If they want Jess back on PC, all we can do is what anyone can do, hope he doesn't screw up again. It's a longshot, but eh. Now let's close this…self-righteousness really peevs off the admins here.
