Can we talk about Lillie's strength?

So, the Dex defines Cosmoem as one of the heaviest Pokémon in the game, correct?
    (2204.4 lbs./999.9 kg)

Yet Lillie carries him OUTSIDE of a PokéBall, in her bag (now that thing's not getting out, eh?) without once complaining about back pain or like, THE ALMOST 1 TON POKÉMON SHE'S CARRYING ALL THE WAY THROUGH PONI ISLAND, THROUGH THE CHALLENGING GAUNTLET NAMED VAST PONI CANYON.

So, what's the deal with Lillie's strength? Does she lift when nobody's looking or something?

that's what she's off doing when we don't see her. seriously though, to think she carries around the equivalent of 3 wailord is just ridiculous lmao.

It could be possible that Nebby was floating in the bag when it was a Cosmoem, which could help keep 99.9% of the load off of Lillie. It's tiny, it surely has room to float in that bag, right?

Obviously when Cosmoem entered the bag he transitioned to an alternative dimension via Ultra wormhole and stayed there until Lillie called him out. Thats why he was so out of it because he'd used his ability.

Thats my explanation and im sticking to it. Well ok that or he had an air balloon item.

I'm just gonna go with the theory that Lille is a serious gym lass, that's really impressive.

I might have a logical reason for it. Bags in general in Pokemon are strange; the player character alone can carry tens of hundreds of pounds of weight with them once you take into account all the nuggets they can carry, all the key items, the potions, berrys, etc. All of those items (the gold especially) would take up quite a bit of weight, yet to the player it's apparently weightless, as they can move around at normal speed no matter how full their bag is and not be rendered immobile (or crushed) by the sheer weight of their inventories. I don't really know how bags in Pokemon work; maybe they use the same technology used in Pokeballs and the PC system pre-Gen IV that changes matter to energy and vice versa, or maybe there's some kind of multiple hammers-pace compartments in a bag, or heck maybe it works like Hermoine's bag in Harry Potter, which is apparently fueled by magic.

Anywho, my guess is Cosmoem essentially functioned like an item to Lillie since she was able to put it in her bag in the first place, negating its immense weight and making it no more difficult to carry than a folding bike or 99+ gold nuggets. The more likely answer is that it levitates, and because of that she could carry it around, but hey why not?

    Cosmoem floats :

Now please don't reply by saying that it's ability isn't levitate or it is not a flying type. The world is full of Pokémon like Charizard X, creation trio, the island guardians, etc which can fly and levitate despite not having the aforesaid ability or belonging to the flying type.
This, or Lillie has witchcraft! Grab the torches and pitchforks!

LILLIE IS A FREAKING WITCH! And a powerful one, while we're at it.

The one thing to note, the most logical thing, is that the fact that Trainer's bags are actuality ridicoulously good at holding stuff, into infinitity, is canon. This is shown when a person from Tide Song Hotel mentions this, and then jokes about stowing himself away in a trainer's bag. Cosoem also slightly hovers around. As such the power of the bag is strong with this one.

    Lillie, buff as all heck.
    She does chinups all day.
    But really, levitation helps.
