Question: Can you change a thread's name?

I recently made an Animal Crossing: Let's Go To The City thread for UK users to chat. But I decided (after feedback) that I should make it for everyone. But the thread name is still Animal Crossing: Let's Go To The City (Discussion Thread for UK users). Could it be possible to change it to Animal Crossing: Let's Go To The City/City Folk (Discussion Thread)?

Once you make a new thread, you have about five minutes to change it by yourself by clicking anywhere around the name of the thread.

Once it's been past five minutes, you're going to have to ask staff to change it.

Who the moderator of that section? (It's Other Games) Sorry if I sound dumb, but I PM'd Popwar Bunny about making the Animal Crossing thread in the place (because that was a rule) and he had resigned. 0.0 So I don't know who's in charge now.
