You're missing two Pokemon. Including Arceus, there's 242 Pokemon in the game.

You caught all that you've seen, but you haven't seen them all. Crimson Mirelands should be 75 and Coronet Highlands 90, that's the two you're missing for the 241 required to meet Arceus.
