I'm torn between 2 teams I want to use, would it just be easier to use 1 for competitive and the other for casual play?

    Team 1:

    Absol
    Adamant
    Item: Absolite
    EV: 252 atk/252 Spd/4 HP
IV: 31 on all but sp.atk
Moves: Stone edge, play rough, Night slash, shadow claw
    Ability: Justified

    Ferrothorn
    Relaxed
    Item: Rocky helmet
    EV: 252 Def/252 Atk/4 HP
IV: 31 on all but speed
Moves: gyro ball, power whip, iron defense, iron head
    Ability: iron barbs

    Azumarill
    Adamant
    Item: Assault vest
    EV: 252 atk/ 252 HP/ 4 Def
    IV: 31 all but Sp.Atk
Moves: play rough, Waterfall, superpower, Aqua tail
    Ability: huge power

    Salamence
    Adamant
    Item: Life orb
    EV: 252 Atk/252 Spd/ 4 HP
    IV:31 on all but sp.atk
Moves: dragon dance, dragon rush, Aerial ace, fire fang
    Ability: Moxie

    Magmortar
    Naive
    Item: Life orb
    EV: 252 atk/252 sp.atk/4 HP
IV: 31 on all but Sp.Def
Moves: Lava plume, thunder punch, earthquake, flamethrower
    Ability: Vital spirit

    Klefki
    Calm
    Item: leftovers
    EV: 252 Def/252 Sp.Def/4 HP
IV: 31 on all but atk
Moves: Spikes, Foul play, Toxic, swagger

And as for the 2nd team, I want it to be mono-ghost but not sure what to use except these 2.

    Aegislash
    Quiet
    Item: weakness policy
    EV: 252 Sp.atk/252 HP/4 Atk
IV: 31 on all but speed
Moves: Sacred sword, Flash cannon, shadow ball, King shield

    Chandelure
    Modest
    Item: Life orb
    EV: 252 Sp.atk/252 Spd/ 4 HP
IV: 31 on all but atk
Moves: Heat wave, Shadow ball, Psychic, minimize
    Ability: Infiltrator

What should the other 4 be? And would it be easier using mono ghost for casual while the mix for comp?

I have some minor issues with your sets but that's not what this thread is about so....

Use the first one for competitive play. The type variety is very much needed to succeed in standard battling environments. Going monotype works better for casual runs or if playing on Smogon's monotype ladder and/or in monotype tournaments. Not that you couldn't do well with a monotype team in a non-monotype meta, just that it'd be significantly harder and why make shit harder for yourself than you have to?

Also put Gengar on the second team. Gengar is one of the best Ghost types right now.

Should he be the mega evo? Or should the mega Evo be Banette or Sableye?

Sableye should be the Mega. Mega Gengar is banned to Ubers.

    As for your teams:

As I pointed out in a previous RMT, Dark and Ghost have redundant coverage, and Absol is better off with Knock Off as a Dark STAB to get rid of non-Mega Stone items. Stone Edge doesn't let Absol achieve much:
    -Sucker Punch
    -Knock Off
    -Play Rough/Superpower
    -Fire Blast/Ice Beam
    Nature: Naive
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Absolite

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -Sucker Punch
    -Knock Off/Baton Pass
    -Play Rough/Baton Pass
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Absolite

Defensive Pokemon should use max HP EVs first before going for any of the defenses. Your Ferrothorn's EV spread is inefficient. Iron Defense wastes a moveslot that would have gone to a better support move, like Stealth Rock/Leech Seed. Iron Head is also outclassed by Gyro Ball, as Ferrothorn is very slow:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Leech Seed
    -Power Whip/Protect
    -Gyro Ball/Thunder Wave
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/88 Def/168 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Shed Shell/Rocky Helmet
    Ability: Iron Barbs

Azumarill really needs Aqua Jet, as without it, it struggles against offensive teams. Aqua Jet also provides priority, and lets Azumarill pick off weakened targets. Use it over Aqua Tail.

Salamence is horribly outclassed in standard play by Dragonite, Mega Altaria, and Mega Charizard X, as all three have easier setup opportunities with Dragon Dance. The former has Multiscale to soften blows while at full health, and the latter two have better defensive typings:

    Dragonite:
    -Dragon Dance
    -Outrage
    -Earthquake/Fire Punch
    -Extreme Speed
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Lum Berry
    Ability: Multiscale

    Altaria:
    -Dragon Dance
    -Return
    -Earthquake
    -Roost/Fire Blast
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Altarianite

    or
    -Dragon Dance
    -Return
    -Earthquake/Heal Bell/Substitute
    -Roost
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 248 HP/136 Def/96 SDef/28 Spe
    Item: Altarianite

    Charizard:
    -Dragon Dance
    -Flare Blitz
    -Dragon Claw
    -Roost/Earthquake
    Nature: Jolly/Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Charizardite X
    Ability: Blaze

Magmortar is an outclassed Fire Pokemon, as its average Speed hinders it, and its frailty and Stealth Rock weakness don't help either. Though Heatran is slower, it has better bulk and defensive typing:
    -Fire Blast
    -Flash Cannon/Hidden Power (Ice)/Stone Edge
    -Earth Power
    -Stealth Rock
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Air Balloon

Swagger is banned under Smogon rules. You already have a Steel defender in Ferrothorn, so I don't think Klefki is necessary here.

If you're going to also use Banette/Sableye on the 2nd team, make them the mega and not Gengar since those 2 need their mega form while Gengar does not.

Alright, what should the moveset be? Also which mega would be a better choice? Sableye for tankiness?

I don't have a Heatran, well I did in my white version, but I lost it, and what should I replace Klefki with?

Sableye is better because Banette's frailty doesn't really work well with its support move pool, though it works to an extent:
    -Calm Mind
    -Dark Pulse/Shadow Ball/Snarl
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Recover
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Sablenite
    Ability: Prankster

    or
    -Knock Off
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Foul Play/Toxic
    -Recover
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 252 HP/112 Def/144 SDef
    Item: Sablenite
    Ability: Prankster

Forgive the double post, but here's what I came up with for the ghosts:

    Aegislash
    Quiet
    Item: weakness policy
    EV: 252 Sp.atk/ 252 HP/ 4 Atk
IV: 31 on all but not speed
Moves: Sacred Sword, Flash cannon, shadow ball, King shield

    Chandelure
    Modest
    Item: Life orb
    EV: 252 Sp.Atk/252 Spd/4 HP
IV: 31 on all but atk
    Ability: Infiltrator
Moves: Shadow ball, heat wave, Psychic, minimize

Gengar (forgive me if this is horrid, couldn't find any non mega Evo builds)
    Timid
    Item: Life orb/assault vest
    EV: 252 Sp.Atk/252 Spd/4 HP
IV: 31 on all but atk
Ability: Levitate (not sure if HA exists)
Moves: Shadow ball, Hidden power (dark/fire), Sludge wave, confuse ray/phantom force

    Sableye
    Relaxed
    Item: Sablite
    EV: 252 Def/252 Sp.Def/4 HP
IV: 31 on all but speed
    Ability: Prankster
Moves: Embargo, Knock off, Phantom force, Will-o-wisp

    Anything need changing?

EDIT: Sorry, didn't see your post until I finished, platinumdude.

Gengar and Sableye are incapable of learning Phantom Force. See the above Sableye sets for much better alternatives.

Assault Vest is useless on frail Pokemon like Gengar. If you want a better offensive Gengar set, here it is. HP Dark is useless, as Ghost and Dark are redundant coverage, while Steel Pokemon are hit harder by Focus Blast:
    -Shadow Ball
    -Sludge Bomb/Sludge Wave
    -Focus Blast
    -Taunt/Destiny Bond/Icy Wind/Substitute
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Black Sludge

Okay, like I said, it was likely gonna be horrid. XD

So, so far it's Sableye, Aegislash, Chandelure, Gengar, how would Drifblim/Jellicent do in the team?
