CEREAL or MILK first?

Which do you put in the bowl first?

I put the cereal first.
Ceres, the Greek goddess of cereal, told me to.

When you do that, though, sometimes the cereal spills over the sides when you pour the milk into it lol.

When it comes to pouring both at the same time, it's like the cartoon of a mad scientists mixing chemicals.

Actually, my family (grandparents and up) always put the milk in first.

I, on the other hand, put my frosted cheerios in before the sea of milk arrived.

How the heck did that happen? I accidentally voted milk. XD
Anyway, I put the cereal in first. I always have. I've heard of people putting in the milk first, but I have never seen them. I've actually put the milk in first before, but milk went everywhere. XD
As for the weirdest thing I've put cereal in...milk. XD I haven't tried it in anything else.

I'm not really sure why I do it. I kinda don't want all my cereal to get wet before I eat it and I'd probably spill my milk if I did it the other way around.

It'll always be that way for me, or my cereal won't be in the bowl, but around the bowl x3

I don't eat cereal as much anymore, nor can I drink milk.

But when I do eat cereal, the cereal always go in first, so then I know how much milk I need to put in.

And the weirdest thing I ever poured into my cereal as a substitute for milk? I had a total brain fart once and thought that my cereal bowl was my glass and poured my pomegranate-cranberry juice into it. =/ It looked pretty gross

If you don't want the cereal to spill over the edges, pour the milk slower and if you want all of the cereal to get wet, use your spoon.

I ate a bowl of Kix today. When I poured the milk into the bowl, all the cereal bits migrated to the sides and the overall mass of cereal conformed to the shape of the bowl. Upon replacing the cereal to the middle of the bowl, the cereal quickly moved back to its unsatisfactory position. I ended up giving up with the volume of the milk twice that of the cereal... Yeah, I put a lot of cereal into my bowl.

If I poured the milk any slower, I'd have been there for another 5 minutes, pouring and then picking up individual pieces.

'Course that doesn't happen to the flaky kinds or the ones with holes in them.

But still, cereal first... Because when I put the milk first, I never get enough cereal in there before the bowl overfills :P

Usually, I eat cereal dry, but when I do eat it with Milk, in goes the Cereal first.
