    If you hadn't already noticed my title is a SSB reference :P. Hello, I am The Emperor: Phoenix. I am a guy.. 15 years old. My all time favorite video game character is Yoshi! I am more of a Retro gamer than anything. I recently started watching Anime. Rurouni Kenshin is my favorite (I finished it) and I am currently watching Soul Eater. I love music! My favorite bands are: System of a Down, Slipknot, Suicide Silence, Pierce the Veil, Sleeping with Sirens, Papa Roach, etc etc. I am currently doing a Nuzlocke on Pokemon Red. I am hoping to meet and make some new friends :P.

    Ahhh, yes yes yes! I'm a huge Soul Eater fan too.. it's such a good show. I read the manga too, it ended pretty well actually and I'm still hoping the anime will continue somehow but that'll be hard given how it ended. :( Not very true to the manga and doesn't give much room for more episodes. Still crossing my fingers!

    Love that cute Yoshi avatar there, and given you're a fan of him it really fits you if I say so myself. Also, based on what you mentioned I apparently noticed you're mainly into the hard rock genre of music. Sadly, that genre never seems to interest me, probably because it's loud and I can't stand music with a lot of screaming but oh well, we have opinions.

    Sheep recommended the Video Games board for you since you are a keen gamer, and it's a very popular section so you'll notice just how many gamers we have on the forum alone. I'm sure you'll have a fun time, and if you need anything just ask any staff members.

    ...how retro is retro? I've seen a lot of people saying that the N64 is retro, but as someone who grew up in that console generation, I just can't think of it that way. Was that era what you had in mind, or do you play games older still - SNES, NES, or even older?
