-Trying to keep shinx alive in the early stages is pretty bad good thing I have potions
-Got through routes on my way to Oreburgh
-Budew swept the oreburgh gym and got me my first badge

-Defeated the Galactics at the Windworks. Their love for Zubats was annoying when I was only using a Machop.
-Aiming to catch Drifloon soon.

Since you're on an emulator, don't worry about those two.

Just wondering, in the same vein as R/S/E with Chimecho, can people doing crystal skip the last puzzle in the Ruins of Alph? The puzzle's activated by catching Ho-Oh who only appears after catching the legendary beasts.

Well, Sooyun did it, so I don't see why everyone else on Crystal can't. But I guess you don't have to. if. you. don't...wanna!

Well I started and hacked zorua as my starter.

Named myself Chuckie and chose Zorua (Kruger)
Beat Cheren and Biance and headed off on my journey. After hearing some weird guy talk about releasing pokemon I battled N. Beat his cat easily with my wolf. Trained a bit and Battled the gym. Beating Cress was a bit off a challenge he used work up alot and it took a few potions but we won.
Trio Badge Obtained

Got Fennel some dream mist and saved Baincs pokemon form Team Plasma. Hunted for my next team member and caught Valerie the Woobat. Bit more training then retired for the night.

• Got the Plume Fossil and biked back to Nancrene City to revive Nox the Archen, my Creature of the Night.
• Cleared the Desert Resort.
• Got Strength, taught it to Reborn.
• Took on N and beat him, then the gym was next. Elesa was a tough battle, I had to keep healing Reborn so he wouldn't die, and finally revived Slasher to beat her.

First update: Started with Piplup, did all the boring starting stuff up to Jubilife Town, went to Oreburgh and easily beat Roark with just Piplup, caught Bidoof for a temporary HM slave, did the story stuff, caught about 10 Pachirisu in case one dies, arrived at Florama Town, beat the Honey Field grunts and the Valley Windworks, now training and waiting in Florama Town until tomorrow (thank gosh Friday is close!) to catch Drifloon :)
