Try to connect directly to a server. (dra.systemnet.info, lava.systemnet.info for example.)
 
Is there any way to chat on IRC through Games 'n' Music DS?
 
No rules in chats

i thought the chat had rules.wakachamo and another guy start insulting
and copying me because I said i wanted to join the discussion and
mewthree kicks ME out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then just start talking, for the love of God. It's not like you need anybody's permission for you to be able to talk and then whine like a baby about the fact that everybody ignores you.

In the future, if you're just kicked, it might be easier just to re-enter the room and figure out what's going on instead of going to the trouble of making a thread just to whine about things. With that said, we do have rules in the chat - and though waka was acting the way he did, it wasn't enough to get him banned. If you had been paying attention, you'd have noticed that I did tell him to calm down (and you as well, since you were starting with the asterisk'd swears).

And just as a note, you don't need to ask to join a discussion - considering that it's a public room, all you have to is just start trying to reply to the current discussion going on.

I'm having a problem when trying to join the chat. When I load the page, it says
"Error : Closing Link: Went[72.20.16.200.dyn.user.ono.com] (User has been banned from SystemNet (Unauthorised java client)) "

So I guess that I have been banned for some reason, but I don't get why, since I only have been once in the chat, and I didn't even talk because I had to go short after joining.
And if that's not my problem, then I don't have any idea. Help, please?

Are you using our java client (found in the chat menu link above) or one located somewhere else?

Systemnet has a java security system in place to deny rogue java clients hence the Unauthorized client message you received.
 
I have only tried using the links provided here, and only when I got banned from here I tried using Mirc.
Is there a way to get unbanned?
 
getting banned here doesn't automatically ban you on the chat and visa-versa.

If you were banned in the chat for whatever reason, you should contact (PM) one of the upper staff members to check into it.... you will need to know your host name / address.

Have you tried the chat recently?
 
Kicking people out of the chat for fun. O.o. Please tell me it' s not like Serebii here. It can't be, can it?

But it is different, with different rules and attitudes than PC forums.
