So, let's talk about cheese. What are your favorite types of cheese? What are you LEAST favorite types? Do you eat cheese a lot? Do you prefer it just on food? What types of food do you like to put it on? Discuss~

I love american and cheddar cheese, but I HATE HATE HATE blue cheese. Bleh. I was daring enough to try it in foods class in high school once.... and omg... it was absolutely horrible. > o < I also don't like swiss cheese a whole lot either.

Dutch people are all about cheese, but not in an obsessive way. It's just there on a daily basis and we can't go without; even I, who is indifferent towards cheese, eat it almost every day because it's just. It's there.

Personally I prefer old cheese, but my dad keeps buying young cheese orz. Other cheeses I like are brie and camembert and stuff, but also cheddar (though that's rather expensive around here). I haven't really tried any extraordinary cheese except for samples at the supermarket. Oh, I did like the goat cheese with honey we once bought.

Least favorite would be American cheese...I don't hate it, but I can't stand it by itself that much and about the only use I find for it is in grilled cheese sandwiches.

Not sure what my favorite is, most other cheeses are about the same for me. Probably would be provolone, swiss, or even cream cheese. I have a hard time turning down any of those if offered.

I had a chance to try this one cheese a few weeks ago, fl?temysost, brought all the way from Norway. Now if I could find a reliable source of that cheese here, that one probably would be my favorite. That was definitely an interesting flavor, a rather sweet one, and I want more of it. :<

Though I don't eat a whole lot of cheese, usually. Mostly just on top of other things, like eggs. And sometimes sandwiches or wraps.

I love all cheese, there is no bad cheese. (Unless it's super spicey!)

My favorite part about the cheese island my store has, is that sometimes they have fifteen different types of cheeses to sample in a row, and you can just start at one end and work your way down. *^* Beautiful.

Those are usually fancy cheeses that are white bases that you put on crackers, but I also like colby jack, cheddar, and swiss, and the other types that are more common for sandwich use.

I'm boring so just cheddar for me, though on subs I'll have swiss.

    American cheese is gross... lol

I can have it in a sandwich but there are much better options.. I can remember one time I made an American Cheese pizza to "experiment" and gosh it was awful. :c

Favorite cheese is either extra aged cheddar, mozzarella, or edam cheese, both wonderful.. pepper jack is also really good.
