    Today I found out I have chicken pox. Turns out I didn't get my shots. How many people didn't get them either?
     
    Agh, I didn't get my shot either. Apparently it had just come out or something around the time I was born, and my mom was afraid it hadn't been tested enough or something like that so she didn't let me get it. I got chicken pox when I was 7 or 8.
     
    I got all of my shots (thank god). and no I never got the chicken poxs

    Argh, chicken pox...that was not a fun experience, you have my sympathies. x__x I never got my shot for chicken pox, mainly because my parents actually wanted me to be exposed to them as a child and get the disease over with. Afterall, chicken pox are not nearly as bad if you have them as a kid as opposed to having them when you're an adult. <<;

    Unfortunately for me, I had a mix of the stomach flu and chicken pox at the same time...so yeah, so not fun. XD

    I got my shots, and they worked apparently, since my mom had chicken pox a few years ago, and I didn't get them.
     
    I vaguely remember having it, but that was before the shot was required. And yes, seconding Kelsey, it's much better to have it as a kid than as an adult, in which case it actually has a higher chance of killing you. O.o
     
    I got chicken pox when I was really little. I vaguely remember it -- I just remember being in a strange room and someone was putting some sort of ointment on me. So, in the end, I guess it was good for me -- I'm now immune and I don't remember it.

    Don't remember getting shots. If you get them when you were little, I think I have. My under-5 life was filled with syringes. If you get them at school or at the health clinic or something, then I'm getting them soon.

    I've never had chicken pox in my life. If I get it when I'm an adult I'll be ticked.
     
    Chicken pox, oh, how I hated them. XD

    I had to bathe in an oatmeal like substance that felt funny. XD

    I forgot to get my shots. XD Lucky it's a one time thing. XD
     
    Its best to have chicken pox when you're like 1.
     
    Why have shots when you can just catch it and get it over with?

    The whole school caught it, and I was no different. I at least got baking soda baths and watched TV all day (albeit looking like a red spotted Dalmatian)
     
    I never got a shot...because I was only 3 months old when I got the Chicken Pox 0_0; But I don't remember having it at all....

    Ironically last night I had a dream that I had the chicken pox 0.0
     
    I had them so I didn't get the shots. Came home from an amusment park with them.
     
    I don't think i ever had chicken pox, i think i got all my shots but i'm not 100% sure, anyhow i hope you sevrive them!
     
    Never had shots, but I got the pox when I was little. They itch like crazy, but it's not bad. Most people don't get really sick from them, just uncomfortable. And since you're contagious, it's like the greatest sick leave ever. Almost as good as pink eye.
