well it appears Dia isn't here, so I'll just update for him...
Use confuse ray!
you decide to go for an all-or-nothing approach, and send a ray of light at the camerupt in an attempt to confuse it....
Direct hit! The confused camerupt tries to attack with another rock slide, but one of the rocks lands on its head!
"Now's your chance Sableye! Shadow ball!"
Sableye launces a black ball of energy, hitting the Camerupt for more damage, while camerupt keeps struggling to create a successful rock slide.
the pokemon are both weak! What now?
-Shadow Ball!
-Faint Attack!
-Heal with Soda pop
-Switch to:
Swampert
Swellow
Kirlia
Espeon (revive)
Chances are some kinda of horrible bad luck will come our way. so if we heal then we can survive the bad luck. Also i'm upset. My reasoning was perfect.
Faint Attack!
"Faint Attack!" you cry, as Sableye leaps at Camerupt once more.
"Rock Slide!" yells Flannery and both trainers hold their breaths. The rocks begin to fall... on top of Camerupt. You smile as Sableye lands the finishing blow, and Camerupt collapses, exhausted. "Not bad." she says, returning Camerupt. "But I still have an ace up my sleeve... And the name of that ace is Torkoal!"
____________ Lv39 Torkoal
"image removed"
Flamethrower
Body Slam
Smokescreen
Overheat
____________
Seems Flannery kept her best for last... What will you do?
Your Options
-Keep fighting with Sableye!
-Switch to Swampert!
-Switch to Swellow!
-Switch to Kirlia!
-Revive Espeon.
Revive Espeon!
You return Sableye to the Poke Ball and send out Espeon. It falls to the ground, exhausted, and you feed it your solitary Revive. It rises back to its feet, newly energised.
"Earthquake!" Espeon cries and the ground shakes. Wait, didn't you try this already? Rocks tumble once more, as Espeon twists and turns and tries to dodge, eventually getting slammed by one. Torkoal is also thrown of its feet and goes rolling backwards, taking damage.
"Y'know this Torkoal was my first ever Pokemon... and all this time we've been training, we've learned a trick or two. Flamethrower jet!" Torkoal blasts flame, but not at Espeon. It blasts at the ground, and the power of the powerful flame jet actually propels Torkoal upwards. "Our fire-attacks are so strong, they have incredible knock-back." You frown. Earthquake can't hit an aerial Torkoal. "Overheat!" Torkoal blasts the huge stream at Espeon. Espeon is enveloped in flames, and Torkoal goes whizzing back into the Gym wall. 10 seconds later, the smoke clears and Espeon collapses - taken down by one attack.
"Tortortor!" Torkoal laughs as it munches at a white object that was hanging from string around his neck.
"One time only, that White Herb negates the stat decrease that normally comes from a move like Overheat. Next up, Smokescreen!"
"Toooorkoal!" Torkoal pumps out smoke, filling the whole battlefield. Torkoal and Flannery disappear from view.
Now what will you do?
