Yeah it is.I checked on a website, has the same ID and everything.@Lucario - I don't plan on keeping any of my legendaries so you can just have the Registeel.

@Seth - The event was ANNOUNCED, but nobody has it yet because it hasn't come out yet. I have a friend in Japan who will get it for me.
