It's just that nothing, at this stage, needs to progress. You brought up something you were interested in and representatives from various groups of the community (especially the programming staff) unfortunately don't think your suggestion will be anything more than a suggestion. It's not that its necessarily wrong, it's that there's no problem with the status quo. Sometimes things just get turned down rather flatly, especially in situations like these where the whole community would be affected with little to gain.
 
This is becoming way more of a debate than a suggestion at this point. Thank you for your suggestion Inyotef and I'm sorry things aren't really going your way in here, but I'm going to close this up before it heads completely south pole.
