    We all knew this day would come, and now, here it is!

    Congratulations Arcanine, otherwise known as Andy! From what I understand, he has now been promoted to a full admin! So, once again, congratulations! ^_^
     
    No, he hasn't. He got his title changed.
     
    *shrugs* It's just another usergroup. He had all the powers already.
     
    Even if that is the case, congrats to you anyway, Andy! Even if it is a change in name only, you deserve the title of Administrator.

    I was counted as full until I had it, no. That's why I was given it, so I would be.
     
    Wow, there's 5 different usergroups looking at this thread. XD


    And he's still a praetor as far as I'm concerned. All that changed was the usergroup name *shrugs*
     
    That was kinda my question...what is the difference between praetors and admins?
     
    praetors are admins without a member site.. users can be promoted to it.. but to be a full admin, you need to become a member site.

    Err...This is not a New Position or Promotion.
    Just that He's Made his Additional Usergroup As Staff Administrator..
    Even Sat can make his Display Rank -- Super Admin.LOL!
