I wish I hadn't pal park'd my rayquaza from sapphire to diamond...
 
granted. You transported every other pokemon, however, and Rayquaza got tired of being alone and flew away.

I wish that I for sure had a spot in the pokemon video game world championships.
 
Granted, but you lose in the first round. Also, you're naked! This is not a dream!

granted, but it was so good that it cost $600

I wish lucario was a little bit faster in brawl
 
It is a bit faster, but to "balance" the game it's also a lot weaker >=)

I wish that I could eat my sandwich while playing diamond without getting cheese on the ds =<
 
Granted,but each new Pokemon move had no effect like Splash.
I wish that the Sinnoh Region wasn't that cold.
 
Granted, but it's sooo hot that everything melts in said region.
I Wish Charizard doesn't halfway faint when Stealth Rock is up...
 
Granted but now theres an even stupider move that does the same thing while the opponent calls you a noob
