Cosplaying for Halloween?

    So, will any of you do it? And, if so, what character from what anime will you be trick-or-treating as?

    Since I have some good materials gathered, I think I'm going to be able to make a decent Miroku outfit for myself. I have a black graduation robe from a yard sale as well as enough purple material to make the sash...all I'll need to do by then is spike my hair and dye it black for a night...I'm disappointed that I cut my hair when I did, otherwise I would be able to have his ponytail naturally...now I'll have to use cheap hair extentions or something...I'm going to be the ugliest Miroku ever though...I need to find a way to make myself look better before then...I've definitely got to be clean-shaven and without my glasses...but on top of that I look nothing like him ._.;

    I was going to be Inuyasha, and before that I was going to be a State Alchemist, but I couldn't find the materials...I had to work with what I had, unfortunately...material is expensive and I can't sew or create clothing to save my life...
     
    I have cosplayed for Halloween for the past three years and I am going to again. I am going to go as Sosuke from Full Metal panic or Kurogane from Tsubasa.
     
    Kyo or Sirius, depending on if I decide to grow my hair long or not. :3 Don't feel bad, I look nothing like either of them. XD
     
    Kairi from Kingdom Hearts last year...for school, anyway. <_< It was too cold to wear *that* outside at night on the actual night, though. ^_^;

    It's very unlikely that I'll end up getting my Kratos cosplay done by Hallowe'en this year, considering I still haven't started, but I suppose it's possible to pull it off if I work hard enough. oO;
     
    I don't ToT, but I do still dress up. Since the dance company I am with annually hosts a haunted house, I usually volunteer to help around, like host, tour, and stuff. I'm usually the most unscary thing that you can ever see in there o.o like Layla from Nana! I've been her for about 3 years. o.o;;
     
    Aww... this sounds like such a great idea.
    I have never thought of dressing up as an anime character for Halloween! It's just a shame that Halloween isn't really done here in Australia.

    If it was, then I would dress up has either Lacus Clyne or Meer Campbell from Gundam Seed Destiny!
     
    Well, last year I was a football player, but I'm thinking about cosplaying this year. Since I've got red hair, own a yellow tank top, jean short shorts, and a stuffed Togepi (I can borrow suspenders from my dad, I bet), I think Kasumi/Misty's my most likely candidate.

    Good choice =p You'll have to post pictures if you really do that...I'll post pictures of myself if I go as Miroku...I'm going to feel bad, though; I wanted to be someone from a bit of a more obscure anime. I knew a girl at school who would have gone as Bulma from DBZ if I would have gone as Vegeta, but that's even less obscure ._.;

    Twi years back, I was Kakashi of Naruto fame. Last year, I busted out a new lance costume, as I didn't quite fit into my old one from the fifth grade. This year, methinks I'll do a tribute to Gravi, either in a K-san or Ryuichi tribute. Probably the Ryu, as we look a little more alike than K and myself. Maybe a Yuki if I can find a decent hair dye.
     
    Man I alredy have cosplay cloths alredy. It is Kabuto from Naruto. The only thing that I'm missing is to hyave white hair, but I will get something to fix that.
     
    I've considered being Lil Slugger just for fun this year XD;; However, I may end up going as an angel or something. If I can work it out I may try to model the outfit after Krad from DN Angel though. My friends are going to try to be a dark angel (or Satan) and the grim reaper so we can all go trick-or-treating together XP. I've never cosplayed as an anime character before though.
     
    I'm too old to go 'trick or treating' but I still dress up to take my little cousen around.
    Last year I was dressed as Rei Kon from Beyblade... yes I crossplayed as a boy.
    This year I'm thinking as dressing as Zero Enna from Candidate for Goddess. Again a boy. I just realized I don't ever do girl costumes... strange.
     
    I'm not going trick or treating but I'm going to dress up as ed from fma and yell I'm not short! at all the kids that are trick or treating alone
     
    I'm actually think of going as Lil' Slugger if I can find my bat and rollerblades...I might go as Ash or Lawrence III...all depends on my mood.....hm...maybe Jack Sparrow....I have that accent...MORT RAINEY! I'll go as him!*runs off to get costume together*

    Either that or a Pirate Ninja Zombie (Yes, all three at once ;-;)
     
    Anime characters I've gone as in the past include Recca (Flame of Recca) and Bandit Keith (Yuugiou). I don't know if I'll actually go as anybody this year...
     
    i want to cosplay but i can't make any clothing ;-; i am so bad at that....
     
    I've got a come-as-you-please day at school (we normally wear uniforms xP) on the 31st of October, I'm going as San from Princess Monoke. It's gonna be freezing!
