Create an Ability

Hidden Type: Reads the Pokemon's Hidden Power type and turns the Pokemon type into that type.
Pokemon: Unown

Dimensional Twist: Gives the field a Trick Room and Wonder Room effect.
Pokemon: Palkia

Extra Strike: Moves with set amount of hits, such as Double Kick and Double Hit, hit one extra time.
Pokemon: Tyrogue line

Iron Will: The Pokemon isn't affected by fear-based moves, such as Mean Look and Roar.
Pokemon: Riolu line, Sawk, Hitmonlee, Pancham line

Kamekaze: Explosion and Selfdestruct have double the power.
Pokemon: Voltorb line

Killer Sight: Maximizes accuracy.
Pokemon: Shinx line, Purloin line
 
Corporeal Tag

All contact moves by you and your opponent work like Pursuit. They hit for double the power before the pokemon has a chance to switch out.
 
I'm all for healing abilities, but these are just a little too OP. 1/4 HP is too much to be gaining or losing passively each turn, especially for somewhat tanky pokemon like blissey, darkrai, and clefable. Though that amount might work for reaper.

Shaymin's land forme could certainly benefit from it as well.

Thanks for the feedback!!! I did get carried away with the recovery abilties!! LOL!! I'll edit them!!! I'll add Shaymin's land forme to the "Bloom" list too!! A lot of Grass-types need a major boost since they are considered the "weakest" type offensively and competitively!! But imagine if you had second stage Pokemon like Gloom or Bayleef with the Bloom ability equipped with an Eviolite on top of that!! You'd be quite formidable!! ;)
 
Are 2-turn attacks not affected by this abilty if the opponent has a Power Herb?


Good question!! Well since Solarbeam will still connect only under sunlight I guess it's only right to make 2-turn attacks connect too only with use of a Power Herb!! So why not?!
 
I believe Dimensional Twist ability as suggested by Draconic would actually be pretty cool! We've got something for rain, sun, snow, and sandstorm, so why don't we have an ability for Trick Room as well? This might not precisely be a weather effect, but it still does wind up affecting all Pokémon that are battling, which is pretty close.

And Wonder Room. So it also swaps physical and special defense. I sorta thought it and Temperal Drift up just in case Game Freak makes origin forms for Palkia and Dialga.
 
Temporal Shift
Moves that stop you from moving for a turn (Hyper Beam, Roar of Time) do recoil instead.

Pokemon who have it:

Sharp Edge
Allows you to cut down tree's without the HM cut. Also increases slashing moves (slash, leaf blade...) BP by 30%.

Pokemon who have it:
Pokemon with sharp claws/blades

Super Strength
Allows you to move boulders and break rocks without the necessary HM's. Also increases punching moves (close combat, mach punch...) BP by 30%.

Pokemon who have it:
Fighting types with high attack stats

Swim
Allows you to surf on water without the HM surf. Also increases speed by 50% when fighting on the water (not rain).

Pokemon who have it:
Fish pokemon

Water Tricks
Allows you to surf, climb up waterfalls and dive without the necessary HM's. Also increases speed by 20% while fighting on the water (not rain).

Pokemon who have it:
Fish pokemon (hidden ability)

Fly
Allows you to fly to different towns without the HM fly. When using a flying type move, pokemon will fly upwards, avoiding all damage but their moves will take two turns.

Pokemon who have it:
Pokemon with wings

Illuminating
Dark caves are lit up if this pokemon is in the party. Also decreases opponents accuracy by 1 stage when this pokemon is sent out.

Pokemon who have it:
Illumise and Volbeat

Idea for an ability

I came up with a cool ability. How about for status conditions that cause damage like poison and burn, it only takes damage off every other turn/third turn? Also they cannot be badly poisoned. Not sure what it would be called though. Any suggestions?

No Choice - If the Pokemon is at 30% or less health, they will always use Struggle even if they haven't run out of PP in all of their moves.
Pokemon: Archen and Archeops (Hidden Ability)

Unknowing - Nasty Plot will always fail, but in return, Amnesia will max out Special Defense.
Pokemon: Slowpoke line
 
Pay Off
Lowers the accuracy of moves by 15%, but increases damage by all moves by 30%

Touchy
This Pokemon has a 25% chance to explode (using 300 base power attack) at the slightest touch, causing burns on the opposing Pokemon team.
Pokemon that are known to explode have this as a hidden ability

Lazy
The Pokemon's moves always hit regardless of the opponent's stance in battle (fly, dig, etc.), but the power is cut by 40%.

Bundled
This Pokemon cannot be frozen

Dry Ice
Pokemon that make contact with this Pokemon have a 10% chance of freezing

Specific
This Pokemon treats all Pokemon as if they were Normal type

Massive
Certain moves have their power boosted by 50% (Stomp, Body Slam, Tackle 'smushing' moves)

Skeptical
Pokemon with this ability have 'not very effective' moves power cut by 50% but also boost super effective moves by the same amount

Entrenched
This Pokemon's Defence and Special Defence are increased every other turn

Impregnable
Moves such as Protect and Detect will always work and never fail even used in succession. Certain moves can still bypass these.

Shy
This Pokemon returns to the Owner after the second turn it is in battle.

Illogical
This Pokemon boosts the stat opposite of what type move it was hit with (Special Moves boost Defence and Physical Moves boost Special Defence)

Accelerant
Fire Type moves have priority in battle

Blockade
Pokemon and trainers on the opponent's field cannot use items

Industrial
Poison Type moves have priority

Accountable
This Pokemon's Attack and Special Attack is lowered every time it defeats a Pokemon
(This would be coupled with an extremely powerful Pokemon)

Disbelief
Psychic Moves have no effect on this Pokemon

Hurricane Chaser
This Pokemon summons strong winds that damage and randomly swaps out Pokemon
(new weather effect)

Allergic
Every other turn this Pokemon 'sneezes' out random spores (Poison Powder, Spores, Stun Powder, etc.)

Sensei
This Pokemon's Fighting moves take Priority

Flooded
This Pokemon causes electrical moves on both sides to damage the users in addition to the targets

Slippery
This Pokemon cannot be trapped by trapping moves such as Wrap, Whirlpool, and Rock Tomb.

Prideful
This Pokemon cannot be returned to the owner through swapping or moves like Roar

Angry
Every time a move misses, this Pokemon raises it's attack by two stages

Careless
This Pokemon may slip, causing it's held item to fall into enemy hands

Strategist
This Pokemon can see the HP stat of it's opponents

Greedy
If the opponent is holding a berry, and is hit with a physical move, the opponent's berry will be eaten immediately along with the one held by the user, if any.

Aligned
Beam Type moves have their power boosted by 1.5 (Ice Beam, Solar beam, Aurora Beam, etc.)

Strange
Contact with this Pokemon may cause confusion

Bully
Each of this Pokemon's moves forces the opposing Pokemon to switch out.
(Great for Spikes, Toxic Spikes, and Stealth Rock)

Smoke Inhalation
In addition to causing the Burn Status, this Pokemon's Fire moves can also cause the Poison Status

Poacher
Pokemon in different egg groups have their Defence dropped by two stages

Hunter
This Pokemon does more damage at night

Resourceful
This Pokemon uses one of your team's moves at random when out of PP (uses their PP instead)

Bully (Alternate)
Sand Attack lower's accuracy by three stages

Wingman
Pokemon on your team that use physical moves have the chance of causing the opposing team become attracted

Attractive
This Pokemon can use Attract regardless of gender

Constructive (word play)
Moves that deal with construction deal 30% more damage (Bulldoze, Steamroller, etc.)

Phonetics
Sound based moves deal 30% more damage

Pacifist
This Pokemon cannot use damaging moves, but it's status moves will always work regardless of type.

Totalitarian
This Pokemon, when used in double and triple battles cannot be targeted.

Uninterested
This Pokemon sometimes nods off

Sloppy
In Double and Triple battles, this Pokemon's moves hit adjacent Pokemon, but with 20% less power.

Hungry
Absorbing moves like, Leech Life, recover 15% more HP and take priority.

Herbivore
When attacking Grass Type Pokemon, super effective moves are powered up.

Political
This Pokemon Doubles price money won in battle. Able to stack with Happy Hour, Amulet Coin, and Prize Power.

Important
Able to randomly use signature moves (get it? Signature)

Dusty
Attacking this Pokemon causes dust particles to fly everywhere, reducing accuracy by one stage.

Immortal
Restores 1/16 of HP at the end of every turn

Friendly
Boosts the catch rate for all Pokemon found in the wild

Childish (sticks and stones)
Rock Moves hurt this Pokemon with a 15% boost, but sound based moves used against it heal it.

Turbo Charged
Priority move's base attack bower is boosted by 20 points.

Boastful
Every time this Pokemon knocks out a trainer's Pokemon, the next Pokemon sent out will have two of it's stats randomly reduced by one stage each.

Forward Intel
In trainer battles, this Pokemon learns which Pokemon that is going to be sent out next and can be swapped with another Pokemon with no speed penalties.

Optimal
Moves with varied attack power always deal the maximum damage

Overclocked
This Pokemon's speed stat is raised to the fullest, but loses 1/4 it's health every turn

Bandolier
Bullet and Bomb moves are boosted by 30%
 
Time to put my once awesome MOBA hero ability and character idea creation to the test!

No Mercy:
This pokemon will deal (50%) increased damage against other pokemon who are suffering from status ailments
Idea: This ability is meant for those pokes that like to inflict status effects such as Poison, Burn, Paralyze, Confuse etc before nuking other pokes. This will make such utility moves very potent. This ability along with anti-switch moves such as Mean Look or Block can turn them into unholy trappers against bulky supports,

Battle Drum:
At the end of the turn, The pokemon's ATTACK and DEFENSE are increased by 1 level.
Idea: War Drums are really cool.
Uses: Turns Physical Walls into threatening beasts who can deal damage if they are ignored, or allowed to be on the field.

Waltz:
This pokemon is guaranteed to hit and critically strike on its first move. Will not work on One Hit KO moves.
Idea: This ability is for those who want a pokemon to immediately remove a threat within the very first turn of their battle.
Uses: Dynamic Punch!
 
Physical Bomb: If this Pokemon is hit by a physical move, there's a 30% chance of it exploding.

Special Bomb: If this Pokemon is hit by a special move, there's a 30% chance of it exploding.

Force Replacement: The Pokemon forces the opponent to switch out if the opponent has a super effective move. This ability fails if the opponent only has one Pokemon.
 
Back to Basics
-Disables additional effects, stat modifiers, status conditions, weather effects, and immunities for the entire field.

Titan
-Hustle (more attack power, lowered accuracy)
-All damage received is reduced.

How much for both is determined by the size difference between the two opponents. If the foe is equal to or larger- the ability as no effect.

Terraforma
-Immune to Ground, Rock, and Flying moves.

Absolute Zero
-Water and Ice absorb. Immune to Fire.

Super Stamina

-PP of all its' Moves is increased by 30% (round down).

Mentor
-All of its teammates gain 50% more exp. In Triple Battles, its partners gain 75% more exp. In Double Battles, its partner gains double.

Caveat: Only affects party members of lower level.
Bonus: Can have this in addition to a regular ability.
