Basically, a Ghost type Hyper Beam, accuracy is the same as the Starter's ultimate moves (ex Blast Burn) but I didn't know what that was.

I'd rename it as "Enma Force" or something like that if you're intending for this attack to be a Ghost-type Hyper Beam as I think that guy is the ruler of the afterlife in Asian mythology and make it's accuracy to be the same as Hyper Beam and its other variants. Just sayin'!

Although they're not made-up moves, I'm going to rename/repurpose some Ghost-type moves.

Astonish--> Spook
Night Shade--> becomes Dark-type
Ominous Wind--> Eerie Wind
Shadow Ball--> becomes Dark-type and I made-up the move "Ectoplasm" as a replacement.
Shadow Claw--> Spirit Claw
Shadow Force--> Disappear and its BP is lowered to match that of Dig, Dive and Fly.
Shadow Punch--> Spirit Punch
Shadow Sneak--> Rapid Geist

Description: Fires an ectoplasmic wave at the target. Has a 10% chance of either lowering the target's Sp.Def. or making it flinch.
Distribution: All Ghost-types and most other pokemon who can learn Shadow Ball.
Learnability: TM, leveling up, breeding or move tutor.

Description: The Pokemon fires a magnetically charged punch straight at the foe.

Distribution: A move made for specifically for the Magnemite line.

Secondary Effect?: No secondary effect.

The user makes a bigger wave then it will hit the foe.
It is a more powerful version of SURF.
15 PP.

Sun Force- -- ACC. 20 POWER FIRE
The user makes the sun as bright as light, forcing the POKèMON to sleep.
It won't affect for fire POKèMON.
It is the signature move of ESPEON.
30 PP


Infinite Smash- --ACC. 140 POWER ROCK
Smashes rocks at the user, lasting for 5 turns.
No one can learn this attack via level up. They only
need to use a TM.

Time Travel- --ACC. --POWER Psychic
You need to use at least 3 moves to the foe to make it work.
When you use this attack, all the moves will travel back to the opponent
for more damage.
It is the signature move of DIALGA and CELEBI.

Name: Sit the heck down.

Description: Component gets ticked off and pwns the foe because it's too good to deal with this crap. Beats the crap out of the foe with the power of its mind for 10 seconds.

Secondary Effect: Will only work if the component is better than the foe.

Effect: Has a 30% of causing the target to flinch.
Secondary Effect: Automatically causes a wild Pokemon battle when surfing at sea. (sweet scent in water)
Description: A forceful geyser sprouts out of the Pokemon and blows away the enemy with force.

Solidify
Type: Steel
Power/Accuracy: -/100
PP: 10
Effect: Raises the opponent's defense 2 levels, but lowers their speed 2 levels
Description: Encases the enemy in rock for protection, but also causes them to lose their speed. This effect lasts 5 turns, each turn they the Pokemon has a 10% of 'stumbling' and not performing a move.

Karma
Type: Psychic
Power/Accuracy -/-
PP: 5
Effect: Ensures that the Pokemon will be left with at least 1 HP for the next 2 turns. If it does not reach 1 HP, the user and the enemy will be afflicted with a random status condition. (the same one, not including confusion or infatuation) If it does reach 1 HP, 50% of the user's health will be replenished.
Description: The user prays for temporary survival, dependant on the enemy's actions.

Lucky Strike
Type: Dark
Power/Accuracy: 0-150/100
PP: 10
Effect: Deals 0-150 damage to enemy. The number is random.
Description: The user assumes the enemy's weak spot, and attacks for a random amount of damage. Will gradually improve if used in succession.

Bee Sting
Type: Bug
Power/Accuracy: 175/100
PP: 5
Effect: The user sacrifices itself, doing 150 damage to the enemy, and a 60% of giving them a badly poisoned condition.
Description: The user brutally stings the enemy, destroying itself, while possibly poisoning the opponent.

(lets open up doors for bug moves!)
