Creating Moves But No New Animations and Repointing Is Hard...

    Hi, I'm PokeemeraldFan92 (planning to change name in the future) and I have a Rom Hacking problem. My rom hack, Pokemon RS Legacy or Legacy RS, is no longer being made. I tried a thousand times to patch a rombase with Fairy-typing and moves from Gen III-VI and after three or four trainer battles, the game freezes during battle but the music is still going. I realized its because I can't repoint all the movesets. When I did before and played the game, the Pokemon had no moves and used Struggle. Both my Pokemon and the wild Pokemon. I can't figure this out and there's no bugfix for this. So, for now, I'm planning to change Pokemon Legacy RS into Pokemon Generation RS or RS Generation. What do any of you think of this? When I find out the problem and complete the game, I will introduce it someday. Someone please respond. I really want to make an awesome rom hack without Mega Evolution and I'd rather use the Mega Evolutions of Sableye and Mawile as fanmade Evolutions. Wait, is that like me making Fakemon?...

    Hello there! While I hope you are able to get your problem all sorted out, the PC's Meet and Greet section is absolutely not the section you want to be posting about this in, so I went ahead and moved your post to the Fangames section where it at least makes more sense to be in. Now if this is even the right area of this section that a post like this belongs in I don't know, cause I'm never over here, but I do know that M&G ain't it lol. Best of luck to ya! 👍
