Critique this "cute" team?

Tried asking this on Gamefaqs and it just boiled into an argument on the cuteness of the pokemon, so I'll make a disclaimer. I didn't pick these pokemon, the issue at hand is not their cuteness, maybe it's a cute/cool team.

So anyhow I'm working with what I've got, obviously this isn't some perfect competitive team, but it would be nice if I could pull a few wins from wifi/free battles once Pokebank is out.

    So the 6 pokemon are..

    Victini
    Mew
    Suicune
    Raikou
    Cinccino
    Gogoat

Here's what I've come up with it and there are some comments at the end, any advice for improvement would be great, particularly on what Suicune set to run...

    1) Victini @ Choice band. Jolly nature. EV's: 252 Att, 252 Speed, 4 HP
    V-create
    U-turn
    Bolt strike
    Brick break

    2) Mew @ Expert belt. Timid nature, 252 Sp.Att, 252 Speed, 4HP

    Nasty plot
    Psyshock
    Aura sphere
Dazzling gleam (**** you mega garchomp...)

    3) Suicune @ chesto berry. Bold nature. 252 Def, 252 hp, 4 sp. Def

    Calm Mind
    Scald
    Ice beam
    Rest

    4) Cinccino @ Life orb. Jolly nature, 252 Att, 252 Speed, 4 HP

    Bullet seed
    Rock blast
    Tail slap
    U-turn

    5) Raikou @ Air balloon. Rash nature, 252 Sp. Att, 252 Speed, 4HP

    Calm mind
    Thunderbolt/Discharge (para chance worth -10bp?)
    Aura sphere
    Hidden power Ice

    6) Gogoat @ Leftovers. Careful nature, 252 sp.Def, 252 HP, 4 Def

    Bulk up
    Horn leech
    Milk drink
    Rock slide

For Suicine, I was considering the possibility of some sort of assault vest set? Loses recovery, but gains bulk from the off-set. Alternatively with its bulk I was looking at a possible weakness policy set, maybe in a Crocune style thing. Otherwise maybe a traditional CroCune set? It would gain the leftovers then from Gogoat, so Gogoat may run a sitrus berry, weakness policy or Meadow plate to assist the STAB horn leech?

With Raikou, not sure now thunderbolt is 90 bp, should I still use it over discharge, or is the 30% para from discharge worth considering?

Any other comments would be good. I'm pretty set on the Victini, Mew, Cinccino and Gogoat builds, it's the Suicine and Raikou I'm not 100% on.

Ice Beam does more to Garchomp than Dazzling Gleam would, so if you hate Garchomp that much (its Mega form isn't seen as often as the others because it's mainly on Sand teams), Ice Beam is the better option for Nasty Plot Mew. And speaking of Mew, since Victini is vulnerable to Stealth Rock, a Defog set may be a better idea. Suicune can handle Garchomp to an extent:
    -Taunt/Stealth Rock
    -Softboiled/Roost
    -Defog
    -Will-o-Wisp/U-turn
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/148 Def/108 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

Discharge only sees use on defensive sets. Offensive Pokemon like Raikou should stick to Thunderbolt.

Gogoat isn't worth using. It has a wide movepool, but suffers horribly from 4-moveslot syndrome. It has to pick between recovery in Milk Drink, coverage in Earthquake or Rock Slide and utility in Substitute or Milk Drink. Ferrothorn, Tangrowth, Mega Venusaur and Trevenant are better alternatives as defensive Grass Pokemon:

    Ferrothorn:
    -Spikes/Stealth Rock
    -Leech Seed
    -Gyro Ball/Thunder Wave
    -Power Whip/Protect
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/208 Def/48 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Iron Barbs

    Tangrowth:
    -Giga Drain
    -Knock Off
    -Earthquake
    -Hidden Power (Ice/Fire)/Rock Slide
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Assault Vest
    Ability: Regenerator

    Mega Venusaur:
    -Giga Drain/Power Whip
    -Sludge Bomb/Sleep Powder
    -Earthquake
    -Synthesis
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Venusaurite
    Ability: Overgrow

    or
    -Giga Drain/Leech Seed
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Hidden Power (Fire)
    -Synthesis/Protect
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 252 HP/252 SAtk/4 SDef
    Item: Venusaurite
    Ability: Overgrow

    Trevenant:
    -Wood Hammer/Horn Leech
    -Earthquake/Rock Slide
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Rest
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/180 Def/76 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Lum Berry
    Ability: Natural Cure/Harvest

    or
    -Horn Leech
    -Shadow Claw/Leech Seed
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Protect
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 244 HP/16 Def/248 SDef
    Item: Sitrus Berry
    Ability: Harvest

    or
    -Substitute
    -Leech Seed
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Phantom Force
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/180 Def/76 Spe
    Item: Sitrus Berry
    Ability: Harvest

I think he wants to use the Pokemon he's already got up there, and just wants suggestions on how to make the most of this particular team.

Although I don't get how you didn't pick these Pokemon...

Anyway, I should make a few comments:
    1) That Cinncino better have Skill Link as its ability. Otherwise its not terribly useful.
    2) Assault Vest Suicune sounds like an interesting idea, but I'm not sure if it'd work, since Suicune's movepool is a little on the small side.
    3) Wait, I don't got anything else...

Looking typewise at your Pokemon, I would say the team leans more toward the Special side more than the Physical side.

Sorry if I didn't make it clear, I appreciate Gogoat kind of stands out from them as less useable, but I need to go with these pokemon, it's basically how to get the best out of them.

Ty for the ice beam heads up though, I think I kinda of derped for an odd reason and somehow thought a fairy move would be more useful, well it's more Garchomp I guess, but I've seen him Mega a few times.

I'll look into a support/utility role for mew.

Well I suppose it's likely not such an issue here, I assume most have also visited/visit Gamefaqs message boards at times? There are some good people and...a lot of what I assume are little kids, mentions of certain things cause a lot of comments which detract from the thread. Basically it's a team my girlfriend wants to play, she had a look at loads of pokemon and these are what she chose for her "cute" team, now how one judges cuteness is different, eyes of the beholder and all that. I could give you a word by word reasoning for why each one has been chosen if you want, lol.

    But anyhow...

    1) Sure does haha, I didn't pick those moves for nothing.

    2) Yeah that was my concern, especially with HP being weakened further and obviously it removes any chance of buffing attack, one CM equals an assault vest anyhow if I understand it right. But if I was to use it as a special tank right off the bat, I was thinking moves wise say... Scald, Ice beam, shadow ball, and maybe snarl, reason being if it can snarl a special attacker, it just makes itself even more bulky against it. But it might be less viable.

    3) Lol no probs, I think most of them have fairly standard fare, it's mainly suicune and also for Raikou, is air balloon actually a decent item? Reason I went with it is because with Garchomp and Tyranitar seeming to be around a lot, among others, I'm noticing quite a lot of EQ usage.

Looking typewise at your Pokemon, I would say the team leans more toward the Special side more than the Physical side.

I've tried to balance it to 3 Physical 3 Special, albeit Gogoat is hardly a powerful attacker, especially without the investment, unless it gets a few bulk ups going.

Ok, that clears it up a bit. Your girlfriend chose the team.

One thing you'll wanna consider is swapping Suicune's Ice Beam for Sleep Talk, so its not a sitting duck while asleep. The ability to do things while asleep is what makes CroCune so good. Fortunately, Sleep Talk is a TM again in Gen 6.

Your Raikou set is perfectly fine. It has fantastic coverage with its current moveset. Discharge is tempting because a 30% paralysis rate sounds nice, but like Platinum said, its better on defensive pokes. 30% sounds like a fairly high rate, but it'll fail you when you need it the most (because the RNG hates people more often than it blesses them). So Thunderbolt.

Air Balloon is certainly a good item. And Garchomp and Tyranitar have always been popular, as well as Earthquake (because those things are so useful).

So if I go down a traditional Crocune route should I give it the leftovers and give Gogoat something else? (not sure what), or is keeping chesto so my first rest turn is an instant awakening worth doing? Guess the only issue is being locked into a water move basically, but at the same time I suppose as long as the opponent is a specially based attacker, even if it's a grass type the burn it'll end up getting will wear it down assuming it can't set-up itself while the cune CM/rests.

Also is the nature/EV spread right for a Crocune build?

Leftovers is better since it gives it a bit of recovery while asleep. Once the Chesto Berry is gone, you're left itemless. CroCune is sort of a stall set, and Leftovers helps with that.

Gogoat hardly needs Leftovers since it has Horn Leech and Milk Drink. But what to give it instead....I guess give it one of the other items you mentioned in your original post.
