Black 2 and White 2 were the first Pokemon games that gave gym leaders their own custom gym music! Which one was your favorite and why? Did you like or notice this on your playthrough? Here is a link to a video with all the themes.

Roxie's! I laughed so hard when I realized what I was listening to...it was actually the only one I really noticed was different until it was pointed out, actually. What I especially liked about it was how the trainers would stop singing after you beat them; that was quite clever. I prefer the English language version to the Japanese version, though.

Although listening to that video, Elesa's is quite catchy as well, in a weird sort of way. Burgh's is just creepy, it'd be more suited to a ghost-type Gym than a bug-type one...

Burgh's is actually one of my favorites :) It sounded creepy but honestly that's what bugs are to me, creepy :P It didn't give off a ghost vibe to me because I think Ghosts tunes should be more mysterious and scary, which this didn't sound like to me. I have to agree with you on Elesa and the cleverness of Roxie's music, it added a nice little touch!

I have to say Elesa's was the standout one here. It's got this very pumping electronic sound (well, she is an Electric-type Gym Leader) and it fits so well with her flashy Gym interior. Marlon and Burgh's have to come a close second.

Although the changes between Gym Leader themes aren't too significant (at least in my opinion), there's still enough for distinction purposes and whatnot, and I believe it was a good idea for them to make each music different. This helps give more emphasis on Gym Leaders individually, in a way, which is definitely a good thing!

As for favorite song, I'm not really sure which one that would be, sadly; I like them all equally, haha. Though, if I had to point my finger towards just one, it would likely have to be Roxie's.

This just adds to my opinion that BW/BW2 have the best soundtracks in the series, honestly. Anyway, my favorites are Elesa's and Roxie's. I've yet to meet someone that doesn't find Roxie's pretty funny and interesting, now that I think about it. lol

Roxie's theme in the English version was a tad letdown from the Japanese version where she said "DOGARS" instead of "POKÉMON", but it's decent.

Anyway, I think my favorite theme here is probably Clay's, as it fits the underground nature quite well and is very snazzy. That and it's in the Gym of my favorite leader, so there's that.

Wow, I was not expecting this much love for Roxie's and Elesa's themes :0

Really all of the themes are great because they are all unique (excepting Cheren's theme) and I wished that the unique Gym themes became a tradition for the series. My favorite is probably Marlon's chill theme, but Skyla and Drayden also have really great themes and I think they are very fitting not just for the personality of the Gym Leader, but also for the type that they specialize in.

Burgh is definitely my favourite. I just adore it's much more subdued style. It makes the dynamic completely different to all the other gyms.

Definitely Roxie's. Fell out of my chair laughing when I first heard "PEE. OH. KAY. EE. EEM. OHEN. POHKEMUN!" The Tommy Wiseau sounding dude sealed it for me.

I... I never really took note of this.

I mean, I obviously did for Roxie and Elesa, but not that much for the others. I don't really know how I could miss this haha. But I do like this. I think its a cool feature, even though its really small and might be looked over by some (like me ._.)

I like Draydens the best n_n
