I would say Rowlet is my favourite but Popplio is the cutest.

For me it has always been Rowlet. Litten is more cool than cute and (sorry Popplio fans) Popplio is just weird imo.

Popplio is my choice, but ranking them by cuteness (in my eyes):
Popplio is a seal that blows bubbles and tries it's best.
Rowlet is a round, baby owl.
Litten is a kitten, which is just about all that appeals to me, but still great.

I don't know. They're all cute and amazingly designed. :P I just picked Rowlet based on how cool Decidueye looks to me. :P

Popplio - but mainly because of Brionne and Primarina. To be honest, I think the Popplio line is the cutest starter line in all of the games, period.
