I honestly think Igglybuff is ugly. It looks like it has down-syndrome or something. Like something hit it over the head at birth.

The REAL balloon pokemon (who's much cuter) is Drifloon.

But isn't it ironic? You seem like Wigglytuff...

Yeah, it's one of the cutest Ghost-type Pokemon(Misdreavus and Dunskull too...).
