As for my cutest Pokemon... I like Shellde and Chinchou. They just look so adorable and I could hug them all day. ^_^
 
Nidoran female. Just look at her R/S or crystal version sprite...especially the R/S one...oh my gosh, so adorable. o_o (Though I'm biased towards any pokemon in that evolution line, anyways... XD )

Latias is pretty darn cute, too.

personally, I would choose Espeon or Milotic

I've gotta say that the Pichu Brothers are the cutest of them all (just look at my avatar.) Then again, the group that they hang out with (Smoochum, Wooper, Magby, and Teddiursa, all from the Pichu Bros. in Party Panic! from Pok?mon Channel) are also cute.

What's wrong with guys saying 'cute'?

Anyway... Pikachu is definitely the cutest, in my opinion! I also think that Togepi is adorable, (It's just like a little baby... I want one!) and so are Chikorita and Eevee. There are so many cute Pok?mon that I like!
 
Holy crap, espeon and umbreon, your signature is atrocious and makes small children cry.

Anyway, to me, the cutest Pokemon are Hitmonchan (stadium mainly), Machoke (sugimori artwork mainly, the anime butchers it), Flygon, Rapidash, Bayleef, and Girafarig. And Lanturn.
 
I despise most baby Pokemon. I can't stand creatures who look weak and helpless. I like strength and physical appeal, like Girafarig. If a Pokemon looks like a sissy little doormat, like Cleffa, then to me, it's ugly.
