Thanks to everyone who followed (ie. nobody XD). Feel awesome. It wasn't as challenging as I thought either. That, and this is the first Pokémon I've ever trained past about level 70 on all the different games (aside from the Rare Candy trick on Red and Blue). That and I like Victreebel, I'll probably use Venom in a NU/UU team. No idea what its EVs/IVs are, but eh it'll do.

I'm ready with Eterna Forest now (but didn't leave it yet so i can do more grinding while getting healed by Cheryl), and i might try Gardenia soon. If Geodude (currently 31) can survive 2 hits from Turtwig (which is unlikely), i should be able to sweep her with Rollout after a Rock Polish. But i'm pretty sure it won't survive that, so i'll maybe do a first attempt in the mid 30s.

I wanna join!

Larvitar/IS evolving/Plat.

i will update in large chunks.

I FINALLY beat Gardenia now. On first attempt. It was a lot easier than i thought.

Gardenia sent out Cherubi! (Lv.19 Cherubi f)
I sent out Geodude! (Lv.34 Geodude m)
Geodude used Rock Polish! Geodude's speed greatly rose!
Cherrim used Growth! Cherubi's Special Attack rose!

I thought she'd start with Turtwig, but i go for the Rock Polish strategy i planned anyway. Growth isn't good for me, Geodude won't like a +1 4x effective grass move...

Geodude used Rollout! Cherubi lost ~85% of its health!
Cherubi used Safeguard! Gardenia's team became covered in a veil!

I got lucky and Gardenia decided to waste a turn. Now i just have to hope for Rollout not to miss.

Geodude used Rollout! Cherubi lost ~15% of its heath!
Gardenia's Cherubi fainted!

2 left

Gardenia switched in Roserade! (Lv.22 Roserade f)
Geodude used Rollout! Roserade lost 100% of its health!
Gardenia's Roserade fainted!

Now i was sure i was going to win, a physical attacker like Turtwig can't fo anything to Geodude

Gardenia switched in Turtwig (Lv.20 Turtwig m)
Geodude used Rollout! Turtwig lost 100% of its health!
Gardenia's Turtwig fainted!

I seriously didn't expect me to win on first attempt...

I have gotten to the end of Victory Road and defeated the Pokemon League.
Aaron was easy because I had taught flamethrower to Skunktank.
I thought Bertha would be impossible due to my weakness to ground, but I was sure lucky-the battle was easy.
Flint's infernape gave me a little trouble due to it's many critical hits, but I finaly knocked it out and won.
Lucian was the easiest because I had type advantage.
Cynthia was mildly hard for me until I reached her Garchomp... it used earthquake continusly,Skunktank managed to defeat it when dark pulse made it flinch when I had 12HP left and on the next turn I got a critical hit.

I Completed The Challenge!!!
Skunktank-Level 73 Flamethrower,DarkPulse,NightSlash,SludgeBomb

I did the Wayward cave stuff (for the first time, i never bothered with it before) and beat my rival, whose name i can't really remember right now, at Hearthome. Geodude is in the low 40s now, and was finally nicknamed: Rockstar, in honor of my awesome Rock Unown from Crystal.
Next stuff to do: Maylene and Crasher Wake.
Maylene won't be much of a problem i think, Meditie is too weak, Machoke is too slow and Lucario is weak to EQ, but Wake... Oh well, Rockstar should be around level 50 by the time i reach Pastoria if i don't skip any trainers, so he won't be too hard as well ... at least i hope so

Oh, and the first post says that i'm playing Diamond, but i'm playing Pearl (but doesn't really matter, the differences are minor ones anyway, in fact the only thing that's really different is that i'm going to fight Palkia and not Dialga)

Would i be able to enter?
if so ill be evolving a shinx
ill be playing on diamond
if i cant use shinx (because i notice someone else used shinx) could i go with an evolving gible? perferably shinx

I'll do this,

Pokemon of Choice: Zubat
Evolving: Yes
Version: Diamond

I beat Maylene, which was easy. Luke outspeeded Dude, but Drain Punch did pretty much nothing. Now it's time to go to Pastoria, which will probably become the most difficult part of this challenge.

[PokeCommunity.com] D/P/Pt Solo Challenge

Rockstar / Geodude m Lv. 48 @ Wide Lens
Naughty Nature / Rock Head
~ Rollout
~ Earthquake
~ Double Edge
~ Brick Break

Rollout over Stone Edge because Stone Edge sucks. EQ is obvious, DE is a filler, BB is another filler, mainly against
Bronzor. Wide Lens gives Rollout an amazing 99% Accuracy (but it has already missed with it lol)

:t074: Lv.7 (Strength, D. Curl, Mud Sport, Rock Smash)
:t393: Lv.9 (Pound, Growl, Bubble, Cut) <-- Piplup
:t396: Lv.16 (Fly, Quick Attack, Wing Attack, Double Team) <-- Starly

I always kill the slaves in double battles (mainly with EQ), so they don't steal Exp.

Sorry for the absence, I kinda got a little bored with the challenge but no I'm interested in it again so here are more updates.

+Beat Iron Island
+Defeated Byron, a lot easier than I expected despite how long it took me to beat the trainers...
+Made it through Mt. Coronet and inot the snow route
+Despite me being anal about fight every trainer, I skipped most of the trainers on this route due to me just hating it so much.
+Defeated Candace
+Beat the Galactic HQ
+Currently making my way to Spear Pillar

Don't expect any more updates, I probably won't update until I get to the Elite Four, but I may go earlier

I beat Wake on first attempt, but i got a bit lucky.
First i got a Rollout crit on Gyara and OHKOd it. Then Quagsire took the next Rollout like nothing, but Tail Whipped instead of attacking. Wasted turn, good for me. Then i got another crit, which KOd Quagsire. Then Floatzel outspeeded Dude (which was still at full HP), used Brine and Dude barely lived with 5 HP left. Rollout KOd. Level is 54 now, moves didn't change, but either Piplup or Starly learned Defog.
Next: Going to Celestic, then: Fantina

Update: Beat Fantina, and she was surprisingly hard. Drifblim died to the first Rollout, but heavily damaged Dude with its Aftermath ability. Mismagius outspeeded and severely dented Dude with Shadow Ball before dying, leaving it at something like 37 HP. Gengar outspeeded Dude as well, confused it, but not Confusion prevented me from KOing it, instead Rollout missed (stupid 99%acc). The next turn, Gengar used Shadow Claw, which did nothing, but Dude hurt itself, and was at 7 HP. Then, Gengar used something that failed (Spite i think), Rollout hit but didn't KO. Next turn, Gengar used Poison Jab, which did 3 damage (4HP left), but poisoned Dude. Luckily, it snapped out of confusion and finally KOd Gengar. And since this is the 4th gen, the poison faded away after some steps. Whew...
After Fantina, there was that rival battle, it was easy. Then, i did the Iron Island sidequest and leveled Dude a bit before fighting the Galatic Grunts.
Next: The unimportant routes below Sandgem where the Pal Park is located, then: Byron.

Still the same moveset, but i'm planning to replace Rollout by Rock Slide. Too bad the Rock Slide TM is at Mount Coronet...

So anyways, I'm gonna stop with the challenge for now. I kinda got bored with so me other games and stuff...
But I made it to The Elite Four so I guess that's pretty good right?

Maybe I will be able to finish this challenge, but no promises since I lose motivation so easily. I'll try it with one of my favourite Pokemon, trading an egg of a Ralts over.

Name: HallwayKid
Pokemon: Ralts
Evolving: into a Kirlia
Game: Platinum

I will start the challenge sometime tomorrow.

I beat Byron, Jupiter and Mars. Only Mars was hard, the Golbat badly poisoned Dude (now in the low 70s)and Bronzor survived a hit.
Now i'm on the way to Snowpoint, these routes are probably one of the hardest parts of the game, Hail does A LOT of damage when you've only one Pokemon.

Fun Fact: Geodude defeated a Lv.28 Goldeen, got 666 Exp and leveled to lv.66
