For Halloween, kids dress in costumes and go visit total strangers for free candy. Also, lots of horror movies are watched.

Trick-or-Treating. Collecting candy from people's houses. Last year some guy dressed as a clown and was trying to kidnap kids so most of the little kids were carrying knives :x
