Black has Black City. In White, in the exact same place on the map, there is White Forest. So Black has more city area, and White has more forest are.

Fairy Tail seems to have the same art as One Piece, is it made by the same person? *says this to agitate Roswell* :o
 
According to someone (forgot who) Mashima (who created Fairy Tail) worked under the guy who created One Piece. And as I've noticed, people who work with other mangakas seem to have similar styles as those mangakas.
