Neither did I, since it will probably lead me to a porn site, and I'm not in the mood. jk i don't even view porn... I'm digging Garamond. :p
 
I have seen many pm's like that, three of the ones with tk put a virus on my old computer so yeah, not taking any chances.
 
I used to get them all the time in 07-08, IDK why people think we will join their forums, especially those who advertise via PM =/.

Can I be honest and say leaving flame VMs in the profile of the offender is if not equal nearly as bad as them sending you the PM?

I dunno, though two negatives multiplied form a positive, two wrongs don't make a right.
 
I don't exactly join member-created forums anymore unless they become popular enough. I guess it's just because I don't want to join a forum that's gonna die within a few days.

I can't say that a small community is bad or good, but I remember once upon a time I played a game server that everybody had respect and didn't abuse bugs.. and there was 30 people on average. The same community, now happily moan that they have 200 players on average, while at least 70% don't even speak in the chat, and the rest of the 30% speak / in clans / and abuse a bug. The same bug became a playing style, which reduced the game to garbage. If you're a small community and you're good friends, be thankful, you don't want 1000 nubs to come up and post crap.

I'm glad that everything is back up and running smoothly, I was a bit scared of where PC's future would be if it didn't turn out good. Whoever hacked the forums, must be horribly messed up somehow.

It doesn't mean every .tk adress is filled with viruses I've been on more than a few already and see no problem whatsoever, however of course you'll come across a virus at time it's a normal thing around the internet, and you can't say that every address is filled with a virus. xD
 
Spam PMs like the ones many of you have apparently been receiving are precisely the reason why you should go into your control panel and limit PMs to just contacts and staff.
