For all of you who aren't from Cleveland, you should know that the majority of the Cavs fans no longer care about Traitor James. We're over it. It just isn't fun to get whipped on the court.
Who likes watching their favorite team get owned?

Many people still can't get over the audacity of his having a 1 hour special on his decision.

I do. It's like the freaking official pastime of sports fans in Minnesota.

Sammy likes third person a lot, mhhm.

Sammy does, mhmm

At least you know it's third person
Most people ask why Sammy speaks in the First Person

AT LEAST THEY DIDN'T SAY SECOND PERSON

Poor dondon. :/ Ohio isn't much better at the moment.

Three cheers for the wonderful subject known as the Language Arts.

Whatever, the Knicks are decent this year and that's all I care about. And so are the Rangers. And the Giants are basically tied for first. After the Yankees disappointed us this postseason, we need a good winter of NY sports.

(there's the Jets in first too but no1curr about them)

The fans last night were nastyy. I'm been to Cav's games in person, and the place was incredible. I've never seen it that packed or that loud before. :/ But Lebron manhandled the Cavs.
Well I would have been too if my Star Player handled himself the way Lebron did about the whole thing.

Cleveland fans need to get their heads out of the sand and move on. LeBron came in under a hostile crowd and his Heat spanked the Cavs and humbled their fans.

It's a perfect serving of humble pie by LeBron. Cavs fans should have known that he could leave Cleveland, yet they were totally flabbergasted by his decision. (That and he did it on national TV...)
I think it was more but hurt then anything. And they should have been humble in the first place and known their role. Which is a middle of the pack team at best with out Lebron.

It's the audacity with which he left that makes most despise him.
I didn't like him in the first place since I was more of a Kobe and Durant guy, but this 1 hour special just did it for me. Do we really need all this media attention to announce where you are going. In Lebron defense ESPN is partly to blame, I wouldn't be surprised if they were the ones that approached him on this in the first place. ESPN is practically ESPNLebron at times it not even funny.

'cuz you got Mr. Stoudemire and his awesome googles.

And I agree with you Kenshin. ESPN probably went up to Lebron and pitched the idea in the first place.

His awesomeness is a bit diminished with out Steve Nash dishing him passes. I remember Amare was a beast before his micro fraction surgery, which seems like forever ago.

Ohio still has good Division I college teams in the money sports, though. We can barely get that here with our one Division I college that's Division I in everything. The other 4 are only Division I in hockey. :(

Ehh that's true I guess. Most of that is bound to a few- Ohio State mostly. I was meaning our Pro teams are pretty bad as of late.

Wow, the Lebron topic actually went somewhere, :D nice.
Anyhow, while on the subject of the big 10 what do you guys think about the addition of Nebraska. I mean, the big 12, now big 10 only has Texas and OU really.
The conference is really gaining a lot from it, but what was once the mighty Big 12 is now faltering because of it, I mean the change is only greed-motivated imo.

There will eventually be 4 power conferences, or so says ESPN.

It adds more rep to the Big 10(12), but you're right. All it is, is greed. More money, nothing more. In fact, the Federal Government almost got involved over anti-trust issues last year.

No it doesn't. Mizzou and OSU have shown to be capable teams this year albeit OSU is habitual chokers. And you are basing all this on Football, so if you look at it from other sports like Basketball Kansas is hand and shoulders above all other Big 12 teams all time. And currently is good along with Kansas State, and Texas. Texas A&M showed they were good as well, did they not beat OU this year? Texas Tech is good from time to time like when Michael Crabtree played there. So I wouldn't always say it is all OU and Texas. In college it is really all about the U though. Cause Ray Lewis went there and he is the most badass player in the NFL today. I can't argue with the last part, since the split was about revenue sharing

-_- yeah I did base that part on football, anyhow ever since leach left, Tech has faded, Mizzou and T-Tech are above average teams, not great like Texas or OU.
@Live I am dreading the day of the 4 mega conferences tbh.

I hope it doesn't come to Four Mega Conferences. Then it will seem like BCS is monopolizing College Football. I am not really a fan of the BCS system as it is, when you got teams that come out of the Big East which is in my opinion the worst college football BCS conference out there, it is not fair to no BCS conference schools. With no play off system there are no chances for TCU have a shot, which is why they went to the fail Big East(which is kind of regionally not sense able. As for Mike Leach he was more of less fired because of the incident with some of the players. Just like Mangino in Kansas.

I agree with that statement. A lot. The thing is that mistreating players is serious, Mangino verbally abused some of his players and Mike Leach, how he handled that disgusts me. A lot of people forget that these athletes are just normal college students, because they are put under the spotlight so often. I remember I searched an athlete's name to join a fan page pertaining to him iirc and he actually had a facebook himself, that's when it hit me, that these athletes are regular students, gifted yes, but they really shouldn't half to play under so much pressure, but the exciting style of play and tradition of the NCAA is a huge marketing machine.
