We don't have Black Friday in Canada, but we have a crazy-as-hell Boxing Day that scares me just as much. I remember this one time I was at Best Buy and it was crazy busy in there, and people were pushing each other trying to get stuff, and it was just frightening. o_o; I got a newspaper (??) thrown at my head, it was just nuts.
 
WTF is Black Friday :/

And why don't we have it? Oh wait, that's right. We're England, we have nothing.

Canada's started getting Black Friday too, actually. Just because retailers don't want people going down to the States to shop that weekend. @_@;;
 
How about having a national "Let's pretend we don't completely suck" day?

I'd certainly celebrate it.

Ugh, London. It should seperate itself from the rest of the country and go be its own little island somewhere. Awful place.

Black Friday is the day after thanksgiving where stores make their prices ridiculously low before they start stacking up for the new season/Christmas season.

my friend got a box set of 6 seasons of some show for about 10 dollars.

I hear too many stories of people getting shoved and dying, and not to mention, I HATE lines and being up early, so it's not really my cup of tea.

Interesting, I've never heard that before! When's our Black Friday? Is it the Friday before Thanksgiving weekend?

It's the exact same day as the American one, hence trying to convince shoppers to stay in Canada and shop there instead of jumping the border for a day, haha.

I think mostly places just do Cyber Monday though, which is online deals the Monday after BF. n_n;
 
I had some fog once or twice in my life.

It sooo scary, I couldn't see 100 feet in front of me.

I felt insecure.

(Testing to see how far the trolling rule goes...If I get an infraction for THIS, I'll never joke my entire life.)

K, film's loaded so i'm off to go do stuff, possibly involving the watching of said film. You kids be safe, and try not to get stabbed by any more fog.
