Everyone would be wearing the same thing, so people couldn't make fun of each other for not having trendy clothing... after, that's the whole reason why I started shopping at Aeropostale...

I wear boardies to uni frequently cause it's getting quite humid nowadays.
 
Well, it was like... a polo shirt. @_@; So... like this except with our school logo on it. :B It can guess why it sounds weird though.

raichuchika - Yeah, that's one reason a lot of schools go uniformed.
 
School uniforms do have advantages. If you think about it, you would see less dress codes but the disadvantage is that you couldnt be yourself and you would be wearing something that is just like everyone else. D:
 
I actually though it was more fun with the uniform. Lots of people had fun seeing how far they could go with it. :P Like, sure, you're wearing the same thing as everyone else, but everyone would alter the uniform just enough so they couldn't get in trouble for it, necessarily, but it was still a little creative. I can't describe it, but what I'm saying is uniforms aren't that bad.

Plus, on the Civvies Days when we'd get to wear our regular clothes... everyone looked the same anyway. 9_9; It's not like fashion usually sets anyone apart. It's just on those days you could easily tell the preps from the emos from the goths from the punks, etc.

I really don't like standing out. I remember someone asked me, "If the popular girls jumped off a bridge, would you?" It's depressing that I had to think about it. For more than one reason, I probably would. D:

Popular girls will make you do everything you say. Being popular is being someone you arent and you shouldnt be that way because its bad...

I've been popular once and I didnt like it because I couldnt be who i wanted to be and I was acting the way someone else wanted me to.
 
I've never had to wear school uniform..

But I want to wear the ones like they do in japan. =D
 
OMG...me too, Especially the one Haruhi wears. Her school uniforms are so awesome. <3
 
Yeah...don't let other people make you something you arent. You should be yourself, who cares if people dont like you...I'm not liked much. XD

Same here.

First I was popular because I could draw, then when I got to highschool, all those so called friends ditched me because I guess I wasn't like them.

Then I made friends with people just like me and now it's all good. =D
 
I dont care what people say about me. D: Alot of people here have said bad things about me too but I try just move on. XD

Of course if its my boyfriend saying nice things...that's a completely different story. <3

Yeah, I have SO many fake friends who ditch me when I need them most, so it's very hard for me to actually believe someone's my friend. D:
