The joke was... I don't even know which part was meant to be interpreted as a joke anyways... now I don't even know what I said in the post.

Anyone else hear about the plane explosion in Okinawa's airport yesterday?? I just watched the video of it... it was pretty nasty. =P
Lucky no one got hurt from the explosion and that they got some form of compensation in money, but that's really bad work for whatever reason that it exploded.

I love the random topic changes here. The explosion? Amazing, but more amazing that there only were two people hurt. They were lucky because if the plane hadn't already landed...

Was it two? I heard in the report that no one was hurt since they all managed to escape out before the big explosion occurred.

If that had still been flying....
 
I have read the report again and, in fact, there were three people hurt, but no passengers (two members of the crew and a worker of the airport).
 
Oh... I see. The latest newsreport that came out not too long ago said that it had been leaking petrol as it was landing.. that probably caused the such an explosion.
Ground engineers reported that fuel from the aircraft's right engine was "gushing out in a torrent" as it pulled into a parking slot at Naha airport on the island of Okinawa, the Asahi Shimbun newspaper said.

Aye, I saw that explosion a couple of days ago.. It's terrible.

It was said that it was a petrol leak but I'm not sure it's confirmed.
 
That's nasty looking, good thing they got off.
