Google images used to be blocked at my school. But the teachers complained so it was unblocked.
Google is the only search engine i use. I don't like the others.

Yeah. Google just brings up everything to do with the search topic, regardless of where it is.

The teachers at our school have pretty much unlimited access to the internet and their accounts aren't really restricted by any sort of block, so they don't complain about Google...

Yes, that is true, but Google now has direct links to YT with pictures etc, after buying YT.
 
The teachers complained because some class work involved getting pictures. But nobody could do it with it blocked.
I don't have a problem with YT and the Google links to it. My school lets you go on YT. But it doesnt have the right flash player. And they blocked downloads after someone added visual boy to the main server with loads of games.

Aaah,... yes, I can see how that's a problem. We just use other sites, like Yahoo or Dogpile.. etc.

Oh, xD VBAs... hehe. That happened at our school too.

There's always someone who ruins the good things.
 
Funniest thing about having VBA was that quite a lot of people used it to play Pokemon Yellow. We even ended up with th Quake 3 demo added on. Was good till they blocked it all. I think schools shouldn't be able to block things except R18 stuff.

Yeah, I don't even know why people use VBA to play Pokemon Yellow mostly. XP

It's about that naughty colour Yellow. XD

Yellow's only good for Pika running around following you. That was the best part about it from my POV.

It's weird how that, seeing as there are so many games they could emulate, they decide to go for an outdated .gbc super pixellated one. O.o

That's because the program's easier to operate that having; i.e a D/P emulator that would use a lot of RAM.

Oh no, no. I didn't mean the emulator itself. I was talking about the game choice that they're playing. There's a whole variety of GBA ROMs out there and of all of them, they chose Yellow? xD It's a cool game, but completely outdated now...

Yeah, that is right. Maybe they want Yellow for Pikachu following you everwhere. XD
 
Hmm... yeah, it was a pretty awesome game to play.

I wouldn't mind seeing a remake of Yellow. I still don't see why they didn't just make one alongsides LG/FR...
 
I was wondering the same thing, Yellow was alot more fun than R/B.

Yeah it would've been a good idea too.

Maybe they'll make a Gold/Silver remake for DS. ._.

Speculation about that is high... they could make a lot of money out of a G/S/C remake but I dunno... it's unlikely. They'll probably just make a 5th gen instead.
 
G/S/C wasn't my favourite region unlike a lot of people, so I don't think I would really buy it if a remake was made unless some extra special functions were implicated into it.
