$4000 Canadian. So a little more expensive than USD, but not by much anymore. Yay for a strong Canadian dollar! ♥
As far as I know, they usually don't. Not in residences, anyway (but the actual buildings on campus are pretty much grouped together). I'm a special case, because I go to a school that's big on co-op. I'm in "4-stream" meaning in my first year I take one school term, then a work term, and then I come back for my second school term in the summer instead of taking the work term in later like most students. It seems that it's mostly Mathies or Engineering students who choose to do this (or have to do this based on their program), so we ended up grouped together in this residence. :x

Too bad I don't watch Heroes. I might pick up the first season sometime, if I have money; I've wanted to watch it, but I haven't been able to catch it on TV it, that's all. And I'm too lazy to rent it. Who knows when I'd actually watch it.
Speaking of new seasons, I wonder when House is coming back. >: I loooove House.

It is, but I did point out how much WE have to pay for the dorms... Hell, I think we pay more for dorms than tuition, if we're in state. Out of state? A different story. I'm supposed to be out of state, and I had an extra $5000 in tuition to pay. I'm lucky I have a scholarship to get rid of that extra money. XD;;

You know what exchange rate I hated? US to Euro. The Euro isn't as bad as the pound, sure, but when I was living in Germany, it made me not want to shop off of the base. XD;
