Dark Ninja

Long ago there where ninja who were shunned by all of the ten countries. They could do things that other ninja would never think possible, such as being able to cause death by a touch, or stun someone just by looking in their eye's. The ten countries did actually try to get rid of these ninja but when they sent hundreds of their ninja, they were all killed by only five of these strange people who call themselves "Dark Ninja", but to the other countries, they were demons. Before the Dark Ninja could cause any more trouble the ten countries made a treaty with the Dark Ninja that said "So that everyone can be happy, we have come to a decision that we will allow you to have your own country but you can not participate in anything that includes the ten other countries." The Dark Ninja accepted these terms, left the other countries alone, and made their own country that would not be known to anyone. The Dark county,as they call it, was just like any other country. Then ten years later a ninja from each country (Except the dark country) joined together and formed a team called the "Curse Markers". They still remember all the trouble that the Dark Ninja caused and wanted them gone for good so they went to each one of the ten countries and curse marked most of the ninja. The ten countries (Leaf, Sand, Sound, Rock, Mist, Lightning, Waterfall, Rain, Grass, and Wave) were furious and thought that it was the Dark Ninja so each village taught their ninja a technique that could reflect the Dark ninja's moves and it was called "Sealing of Light". After that, the ten countries sent an added amount of a million ninja to the Dark country to make a sneak attack. This time they were successful and ridded the world of the Dark Ninja...Or did they? The ten countries celebrated the extinction of the Dark Ninja But what they didn't know is that about twenty academy students of the Dark ninja country were still alive and now they want revenge on the ten countries because the kids think that the countries made that treaty just to trick the Dark country. Now the Dark academy students have separated to the ten countries and are in their ninja academy's. Their ability's are more like real magic, they can lift things with their minds (Telekinesis), slow down time (Like the Matrix), see a glimpse of the future (Psychic), phyrokinesis, and teliportation. They can control their ability's a will but since they cant give away their cover, they don't use their abilities that much and if they do they pretend to not be able to control it that much. But what everyone doesn't know that the real villain's are the Curse Markers for if it weren't for them, the Dark country might have been accepted by the other ten countries and could have even become the eleventh country.

Personality:Ason used to be very nice and thoughtful but ever since his country was destroyed, he is mean. Now he doesn't really care about anyone else and just wants revenge but every now and then his old personality kicks in and helps someone out. He doesn't care that much if someone finds out that he is a Dark Ninja, he just likes to do his own thing and mostly likes to get his way.

Description: Ason reaches at about 5'11, he has light brown eyes and light brown skin. His hair is short, black and spiky. He wears a Black cloak that opens up when it reaches down to his pants which are also black. The cloak has a pretty large hood that covers Ason's eyes and his Dark ninja headband but he can still see in front of himself. When he takes off his hood, he makes sure that his Dark ninja headband is switched with the leaf headband. The cloak has long sleeves and it goes all the way down to his Shoes which are the regular ninja sandals but are black. Because of all the black he wears, most mistake him for being a goth. (Think the organization 13 cloak from kingdom hearts 2)

Bloodline: Carugan (Ason's eyes turn dark purple and allow him to see the opponent's next attacks allowing Ason to dodge them but it doesn't mean that he can be fast enough to dodge every single one of the attacks.)

Techniques:

Fighting style: Ason likes to use his Genkaru to see the opponent's moves, use his matria technique which allows him to slow down time, then use their moves agianst them. He also uses his telekinesis to make his weapons more dangerous by stopping them in mid-air and controlling their movements.

Summon: The hand seals are Dragon, Monkey, Rat, and Snake. the Summon is a Weasel.

History: Before the destruction of his country, Ason was one of the Dark ninja's most powerful teens and had actually became a chuunin but because of his country's extinction, he has to pretend to be an academy student again.

Personality: Kuroi is a rather indifferent person, who has a sense of great responsibility and maturity for someone his age. He hates failure, rarely tolerating the very prescence of it in his lifetime. He spends most of his freetime staring at nothing, saying nothing, and doing mostly nothing. Kuroi himself has a rather short patience for other people, especially people who are rather bumbling in their actions. He likes to go with the flow, and ignore the rest of the little perks that might arise from his choices. Kuroi usually takes any orders or requests quite literally, which usually leads to comical or awkward situations. Though he rarely talks, he is very kind and thoughtful of others, in the way in which he listens closely to what other people say to understand what they're trying to express. He rarely forms any deep bonds with anyone, from the teachings of his clan, which includes the fact: Death can be brought upon anyone at any moment, and there is less pain if the dead were not related to the living. He was unaffected by the death and destruction of his country, having felt little loyalty for it, and only loyalty to the Kira Clan, who mostly reside in Sound.

Description: Kuroi has messy black hair, which he spikes to the back of his head, the long bangs parted with a white bandage tied around his head. Kuroi's olive green eyes are narrow and criticizing, mostly unfeelingly cold towards anyone they look at. He has a lean build, and is mostly build of muscle. His attire consists of a sleeveless turtleneck, dark forest green in color, over a long sleeved off-white shirt. Over this he wears an ashy black Jounin-esque vest, something his entire clan is never caught dead without. On cool days, he goes without the white shirt, and only wears the vest and turtleneck. He wears a pair of loose black pants that match the vest in color, along with a pair of black shoes with gray horizontal straps. He wears a metal fang-style earring in his right ear, and has two silver ring earrings in his left ear, which reside in his cartilidge, while Mizuki and Meraki rest across his back, where they are out of the way. On Kuroi's entire body save for his face, neck, feet, midsection, and hands, are tribal styled zig-zagging tattoo's that are inked onto every Kira Clan member who hasn't been disowned. Every Kira who is in the main family have the clan insignia tattooed into their tribal markings, usually place on the shoulders of both arms.

Bloodline: Tsuizuikatakiza : Follow the Enemey : This Bloodline Limit can track any shinobi the Kira Clan member has seen using Ninjutsu or Genjutsu. This can be easily nullified by a chakra hiding ninjutsu, and is mostly used to track other Kira Clan members. If the tattoo's drawn by the Kira Clan elder are mutilated in the sense of burning, or somehow removing even one line of the tattoo, (i.e. making a cut that goes across a line of the tattoo's) the Bloodline Limit immediately no longer works.

Techniques: Qei: Kuroi uses his chakra to double his speed, though this is mostly used for escape, as it consumes quite a bit of chakra, and causes Kuroi to become so fast that even he is unaware of where he is going. This is a dangerous technique to use in crowded spaces like forests, as once Kuroi is stopped, the technique is nullified.

Butoukai Hoshi: (Dance Star) Kuroi attatches a random number of shuriken to chakra strings and swings them around to make a sort of tornado or "dance" of shuriken.

KanseiKuro: (Binding Dark) Kuroi's tattoo's lengthen to become numerous lines in which wrap around Kuroi's enemy and drain their chakra. Kuroi can also use these threads to toss his enemy around, and if he tightens then around the enemy's throat, can suffocate them.

Fighting style: Kira Clan members strive for speed, not physical power, therefore, Kuroi uses taijutsu and strikes his opponents many times to defeat them. Only when Kuroi is very angry and not on an actual battle field (perhaps in a fight with the rest of his team,) will he use plain, brutal force, and try to defeat his opponent with one blow.

Summon: HeiBai: Kuroi summons the beast of the Kira Clan, and depending on how much chakra he expends on the summon, HeiBai's power will increase or decrease. If he uses all his chakra, HeiBai will have half his maximum power, as only one Kira Clan member has ever called HeiBai at full power: The Head of the Kira Clan, Kingo Kira.

History: The Kira clan is reknown for it's best ability that goes hand-in-hand with their last name: Assassination. As a young child, Kuroi was taught all the basics of the history of the Kira clan, and the human body, such as where the most vulnerable part of the body is, where is the easiest to assault, and where the blind spot is. It was a basic for all of the shinobi whom carry the sur-name "Kira", which was the first word all babies in the clan utter. If their first word is not 'Kira' then the shinobi is seen as a black sheep, and is kept from the secrets of the clan, as it is a bad omen. This was the case with Kuroi's older sister, as she had not uttered her last name first, distinguishing their acknowledgement to their duty. And so she was turned away by the family, and left to study the arts of the medic-nin, the lowest rank in the Kira Clan's eyes, as healing brought life, instead of death. Being apart of the main family of the Kira Clan, Kuroi was brought up surrounded by death, the child becoming quite used to the losses before even old enough to hold a kunai. Though the Kira Family were nicknamed "The Deathbringers", they did not support cold, ruthless, and indifferent killers in their family, as those were often the ones who turned the path of their mortal enemies: Missing-nin. As a small secret clan comprised mostly of Hunter-nin members, Missing-Nin were labelled as the worst mortal enemies of all and any hidden village, a shinobi that was to be killed at all costs. The spartan enviroment Kuroi grew up in stripped him of any childish innocence in which the clan frowns upon, and as the apparent heir, he is a classic Kira Clan bred child. When the Dark Country was annihalated, Kingo Kira, Kuroi's strict father, was on a Hunter-nin mission, as the rest of the more important members of Kira, therefore, Kuroi had little effect or reaction to the events.

Description: Daisuke wears the Konoha headband on the strap over his shoulders and has icy white hair and bright blue eyes. He also wears a white robe with no sleeves over a black long sleeved robe. He has a sword on his back and a black robe bottoms. He also wears sandals and his hair is also spikey.
Bloodline: Furiza kuroi getsuga (means : ice black moon fang) ; can freeze anything he wishes and can shoot energy blasts to freeze something. Can also form icicles and icy swords.

Furisama clan secret technique ; Getsuga : shoots a black wave at an opponent using a bladed weapon.

Fighting style:Furisama fighting style is his style of fighting. It consists of icy jutsus , taijutsu , and weapon fighting.

Summon: Okami. He is Daisuke's reliable summon partner despite the fact that Okami is a fire user and Daisuke is an ice user. He has flames on his back with a disk like object of the sun goddess Amaterasu. He has white fur and red markings on his legs and under his eyes.

History: His father disappeared on his 7th birthday. He spent up until his 15th birthday training to surpass his father and so he could find him. One day on his 15th birthday he found a note next to a sword on his bed that was from his father that was carried by his hawk , falcion. He is also going to use his future mission as a chance to look for his father , who was last seen at the sand village.

Other:Every member of his clan has an ice demon inside them that is released when that member is on the verge of getting killed. The demons have different appearances and are different animal types. Daisuke's is a dragon that has only been released twice.

Personality: He is dark and brooding most of the time, but cares for his team mates like family. He dosn't like to show his emotion, but will if he finds he's becoming close to someone. He often feels shy about his hands, and dose not want anyone to see them, so he will often get very angry if they ask to see them.
Description: He has long white hair that goes down to his waist and solid black eyes, no whites at all. He is about 5'6" and weighs around 97 lbs. He usualy wears a black trenchcoat with his headband on his forhead, under his coat he wears a black long sleeve shirt, black pants, and the usual black naruto shoes. He wears black gloves that attatch to his sleeves because under them he has solid skeletal hands, no flesh at all. This is a trait passed down through his clan. He usualy wears sunglasses to hide his eyes from onlookers.

Bloodline/kekkei genkai: Spirit vission and bone manipulation. He can control the bones on his hands or loose bones strewn about (such as animal bones), using spirit wires, much like with puppets, but he uses his mind rather than actual movements, since his hands will usualy come apart to use this technique, he also can see the spirits of the dearly departed and wandering spirits.

deadly bone cuff jutsu: the bones from his hands come off, or bones from his surroundings (they must be free of flesh) surround the mid section of his opponent, strapping their hands to oppocite sides of their body, either restraining them or squeezing them to death, depending on what he wants. he is not currently strong enough to kill anyone like this however.

Impenatrable bone sheild jutsu: his hands come off (or bones gather from around him) and create a solid sheild that will deflect throwing weapons and minor jutsu by putting chakra through the bones, hardening them into a powerful sheild. He can only maintain this sheild for a few minutes at a time, and it is only about three square feet and about three inches thick, meaning swords or certain jutsu can penatrate it. More skilled members of his clan can create a full dome sheild to protect themselves. Even more skilled members can create armor that is several inches thick.

Name: Konpaku Shiruba

Age: 15

Gender: Male

Country: Leaf country

Personality: Shiruba is a no-nonsense type of person. He sees work and training as times to improve his skills, and himself overall. Most say he isn't a people person, but he occasionally attempts to go out of his way to make a friend. His parents were always the people he could go to at the sign of trouble, and he trusted them more than any friend he would ever make. After they died during a fight with an S-ranked missing-nin, Shiruba sacrificed his remaining social life for more training so that he may not undergo the same fate.

Appearance: Standing at 5'9, Shiruba is a little short for his age. His eyes are colored a dark brown, and his hair is pitch black and almost always a mess. In tradition of his clan, he has the Roman numeral 21 tattooed on the left side of his neck. A respirator covers his mouth, with a tube running to a small chakra-controlled pack on his back.
Now clothing, starting from the top; Shiruba's headband is tied loosely around his neck, covering the zipper to his pitch black jacket, which vaguely channels his chakra into it (I will explain later). Underneath this jacket is a green chuunin vest, covering a short-sleeve white t-shirt. His pants are a dark gray color, with his supply pouch tied to his right leg. Lastly, he wears a pair of black boots, which are moderately heavy for footwear.

Techniques:

Dokubutsu Rendan (Poisoned Barrage)
This is the strongest taijutsu known to Shiruba. He begins this by kicking the target in the air and creating a shadow clone of himself. One of them disappears (leaving a pile of dirt where they were) while the other jumps behind the enemy. Upon approaching, he wraps his arms and legs around his opponent and points them towards the ground, similar to the Peregrine Falcon Drop. When close to the ground, the real Shiruba appears out of the dirt and grabs the opponent's arms, holding them in the air. In a show of chakra-enahanced strength, he slams his foe forward, destroying the clone in the process. This, like all taijutsu Shiruba can use, can be poisoned by applying chakra to the hands of the real Shiruba upon contact from the ground.

Chakra Torappu no Jutsu (Chakra Trap technique)
This technique allows Shiruba to harness the tainted chakra he produces in his lungs, forming a pit of chakra stakes that is invisible to all but those who possess the Byakugan or Sharingan eyes. To all others, it looks like normal terrain. Shiruba has the courtesy to mark where these traps are set with some kind of secret symbol that only Konoha's chuunin and above know, but only when the village is in danger. Any other time, he keeps all his traps unmarked.

Dokubutsu Rasengan (Poisoned Rasengan)
Shiruba's only hand to hand chakra technique. He is able to perform Rasengan with his special chakra, creating an even powerful version of the technique that has a lasting effect on the victim. The slightest contact with this technique can shorten ones lifespan to roughly two weeks. Full contact will secure death within three minutes. However, there is a minor drawback to this; Shiruba only has enough chakra to perform this twice without dying, since he needs chakra to survive.

Fighting Style: Shiruba uses an entirely chakra-based fighting style that he developed on his own. It includes both offensive (Dokubutsu Rasengan, etc.), defensive (Chakra Torappu no Jutsu, etc.), and a mix of both (Kuchiyose: Sabaki Gai). There are still a few flaws he is working on, but so far he is content with his progress.

Summon: Kuchiyose: Sabaki Gai (Draining Scythe)
A scythe that was obtained by making a blood pact with the Undead. However, he had to give up his ability to breathe air as well. This weapon was forged for the sole purpose of draining chakra on contact. It also drains chakra at a steady rate from the user, which works out for Shiruba since his chakra has the potential to kill when he breaths out. Seeing as he only uses this during battle, he loses next to no chakra (He breaths chakra in from the enemy, and then has it drained by the scythe).

History: Born in Konoha, Shiruba lived an average ninja's life. Everything was going perfectly until he turned twelve and became a genin. He began spending more and more time training his chakra control, and less time socializing. When his parents died during a mission, he gave up his social life and focused solely on training. Occasionally, he dabbled in forbidden techniques, trying to find something that could help him from being killed on a mission like his parents before him. One day, he came across a cursed weapon summon when researching in the Waterfall village. Curious, he began practicing it on the barren outskirts of the Wind Country. When he finally succeeded in summoning it, he made a blood pact with the Undead saying that he can use it in battle. However, they were not satisfied and altered his ability to breathe air to show him that luxuries come with high prices. Ever since then he's worn a respirator so he can breathe without killing others.
One last, small thing...If his respirator is taken away and he is left with no other source of chakra to breathe, he can breathe his own. It WILL poison him, but slower than anyone else.

Name: Akahana Taiki

Age: 15

Personality: (Not unknown. XD) Taiki is for the most part in direct defiance of his first name's meaning (radiance), and tends to be a bit of a sadist at times. He doesn't have much respect for authority, and tends to pull pranks on his friends and enemies alike. He doesn't really to take much seriously, including battles where he or a friend might possibly be in danger. However, despite the fact that he is laughing, he won't hold back a single ounce of power, and tends to want to beat up on an enemy more then most people. His oddest trait is his inability to get drunk, no matter how much alchohol he ingests. His favorite phrases when beggining a battle are "Prepare to die" or "I'll murder you", and his weapon of choice tends to be anything with a chain. He's somewhat of a loudmouth or braggart, and tends to rename and personalize various taijutsu techniques. He's also a bit of a lecher in private, and has a small sketchbook filled with drawings of various kunoichi from his home village. The only way to impress him seems to be to prove yourself a stronger Taijutsu user then his father.

Gender: I just reffered to him as a "he". Jeez!

Appearance: Standing at about 5' 4, Taiki isn't the tallest person on the block, but his build suggests that he spends a lot of time working out (which he does). His outfit of choice includes a reddish-brown pair of pants, a similarly colored shirt, and a black vest with an ornate crest on the back resembling a red flower with a spear rising from it, his clan's symbol. The shirt and pants, however, are currently replaced by a green jumpsuit. His left arm has a small, metal object attached to it- this object is a so-called "chain gun", which is fired when user focuses chakra through the mechanism. The chain is curled inside a small firing chamber, and is tipped with an small kunai-like blade. This weapon is usually covered by Taiki's sleeve. Taiki wears a hitae-aite with red cloth, rather then the usual blue, and his brown hair tends to stand up in a series of thin spines. His hands are covered with a pair of black "biker gloves" with small iron studs over the knuckle area- useful for punching. His eyes are a bright blue color, and are constantly darting about as he stares at the world around him.

Bloodline: While not technically a bloodline technique, the Akahana clan are known for their use of weapons- each member dedicates his life to using a certain type, ex. one member will use spears and lances, while one wields swords. Taiki specializes in various types of chain weapon.

Taiki's special Chain Gun

Taiki fires his chain gun in a straight line at high speed. Useful for a one-shot killing move.

Taiki's Special Chain Gang

Taiki fires his gun and manipulates the chain so that it moves in a circle pattern, causing it to penetrate the bodies of several enemies at once, linking them in a sort of "chain gang". Useful for group fighting.

Taiki's special Chain Fist

A punch, reinforced by wrapping Taiki's chain around his fist. More for show then anything else.

Taiki's Special Crushing Headbutt

One of Taiki's infamous "spur of the moment" attacks. He attacks by feinting at the enemy's legs and then headbutting them as they leap to avoid it. Only used once as of yet.

Any Taijutsu with the chain other then those already mentioned fall in here, and their names will vary since Taiki usually comes up with a name on the spot.

Great Special Burst: Destruction Chain move.

Taiki's renamed ninjutsu death move. He forces chakra into the chain, causing it to heat up, then fires it through various objects. Afterwards, he uses his left hand to complete the hand seals, and causes the chakra surrounding the chain to explode outward, violently destroying anything it happens to be attached to. Click, Click, Boom.

Special pickpocketing technique: スリ no jutsu

Taiki coats his fingers in a thin layer of chakra, then moves at high speed, grabs an enemy's valuables, and leaves. This technique can be used to steal nearly anything without the target noticing, and is useful in battle because for the few moments that Taiki's hands are protected, he can grab weapons being used to cut him.

Country of Origin: Sand

Location: Currently in Leaf, due to his being sent as a "foreign exchange student" in order to keep up good relations between the villages. He is scheduled to return to the Sand upon becoming a Chunin. (Yeah, that explanation sucks, but I wanted to be with the other characters without being dark or leaf.)

History: Not much is currently known about Taiki's life before he was sent to Leaf, due to his never being asked about the subject. He has a deep respect for Kankuro, who was his first teacher in Sand, and for his father, the leader of the Akahana clan. He also seems to bear some respect for his new sensei after discovering that the Leaf shinobi could possibly be "faster then Dad" and seems to have smoothed over his original grudge against his new partner, Takamine Haru. He does seem to be a bit prejudiced about the relative strength of Sand against Leaf, but this seems to be a patriotic thing more then any real grudge against the country. He is unique in the entire Akahana clan in that his main weapon has two weaknesses: One link, which was discovered by Haru upon his first meeting with Taiki, is much weaker then the rest of the chain, and the chain cannot be used if the firing mechanism is jammed in some way. Taiki seems to respect his father a great deal, and may even be slightly afraid of him, suggesting that his father was a powerful shinobi. He knows a bit about the Dark Ninja because his father was one of the shinobi chosen to attack the village.

Fighting Style: Taiki is very up-front, often grabbing the weaponry of enemies and using it against them. His "Taiki Special" moves can be devastating when used correctly. He tends to use weaponry more often then regular taijutsu or ninjutsu, and has zero genjutsu abilities, although he can resist the effects of disorienting genjutsu in the same way that he avoids getting drunk. He also improvises techniques regularly, and doesn't mind fighting dirty, as seen with his "Crushing Headbutt."

Summons: Karasu-hime, a dark-haired naked woman who can either fight alongside her summoner or transform into a weapon for them. Her vitals are obscured by a "net" of crow feathers growing from her body. She doesn't approve of Taiki's lecherous antics. Her summoning contract is passed down by the members of Taiki's clan, and the oldest male child always inherits. Taiki's father also posesses the ability to summon her.

Other: Taiki suffers from Kleptomania, hence the thieving jutsu. He has recently received a gift of a chain scythe from his team mate Haru, and shows some level of skill with it. His current status in regards to his team mates is one of neutral feeling. He held a grudge against Haru when they first met due to the Leaf shinobi's exposure of Tsunade's wallet, and later that of his sensei, Might Guy, but has forgiven him after he was given his latest chain weapon. Konoha Round House: Yukotio confuses his opponent by running circles around them. With his high speed, all you see if a blur of his black outfit. Thats when he appears behind his opponent, sending him flying with a hard round house kick to the head.

Multiplication Nagamoshi Renden: Kage Bushin Saei no justsu: Yukotio creates shadow clones of himself and kicks his opponent into the air. From there he gives his opponent a face smashing kick into the ground. Move based off of his two hero's Rock Lee and Naruto.


Fighting style: Yukotio is a taijutsu specialist. He will be the first to step up and fight and almost always the last one standing. He almost always uses taijutsu in honor of his hero, Rock Lee

History: Growing up in Yukotio never really had a good life. His mother died on a mission when he was 4 and his father when he was 7. After entering the academy, a year later, he became the one of the top students. But every time graduation would come around to graduation, he would always fail and never graduate. The reason why is because he loved it there. He never wanted to leave. Even if his friends passed on and became ninja, he had nothing, except himself, and the school.

Garouga: The only problem I have is the technique where you can shorten one's life span to a few weeks. I am ok with the attack, just not the whole shortening someone's life span (Isn't that a little too much power for someone who is an academy student. The only reason why the dark ninja are so powerful is because they were all pretty much psychic's). I'm not saying to make it a weak attack just try to make it something like, makes the person not able to breath for an hour hours hours. Or makes the opponent paralyzed for so and so days.

Personality: Hikaei is a kind person, oftentimes generous and caring. A person naturally unsuited for violent battles or extreme bloodshed. Though rarely seen without a smile, the depressing air of this normally joyful notion almost resonates in the air whenever she is around. Thus, she carries a very heavy sadness around herself, and her reactions are often slowed if she is in an extreme depression state. She is fearful of many different things and suffers from a vast amount of phobia's*:
Agoraphobia — fear of a place or event where escape is impossible or when help is unavailable.
Algophobia — fear of pain.
Autophobia - fear of being alone.
Claustrophobia — fear of confined spaces.
Glossophobia — fear of speaking in public or of trying to speak.
Hemophobia — fear of blood.
Necrophobia — fear of death, the dead.
Entomophobia — fear of insects.

Because of her numerous fears the grow by the numbers, she is often trembling, or the such, and due to her Glossophobia, she finds it difficult to put things into words around strangers, or people she just met. But as she warms up to people, her Glossophobia melts away, and she is a very cheerful optimistic person, who is naiive and rather slow when it comes to complicated things. Though, even with all these ditzy traits, Hikaei is very graceful, and is far from a clutz.

Description: Hikaei Kira also wears a pair of mid-shin length Shinobi sandals, with the open toes and all, and uses a set of bandages that reach the very edge of her knees as socks. Her skirt is a dark violet with blue purple cloud-like swirls on it, and the hem of the skirt passes no further then her mid-thigh.

Bloodline: Tsuizuikatakiza : Follow the Enemy : This Bloodline Limit can track any shinobi the Kira Clan member has seen using Ninjutsu or Genjutsu. This can be easily nullified by a chakra hiding ninjutsu, and is mostly used to track other Kira Clan members. If the tattoo's drawn by the Kira Clan elder are mutilated in the sense of burning, or somehow removing even one line of the tattoo, (i.e. making a cut that goes across a line of the tattoo's) the Bloodline Limit immediately no longer works. Because Hikaei is "forbidden" to reveal her true surname, using the Kira bloodline limit is considered just the same, and so Hikaei is forbidden to use it, lest she be labeled as a traitor by her family. Her tattoo's are incomplete, therefore, only span her torso, part of her lower right arm, and her shins. Therefore, she can only trace people in which have recently attacked her with a chakra based attack. Otherwise, she does not have the expansive selection of normal Kira Clansmen, nor the precision.

Techniques: Kyusho Shipuu: Kyusho Hurricane: This technique is a taijutsu based attack that mixes both the Kira Clan style and Hikaei's own Kyusho-jitsu. Hikaei spins onto her hands and uses her legs to disable both the arms and legs, and she spins fast enough that she looks as if she is a mini-tornado. This technique is, however, easily dodged.

SugoiGisei: Great Sacrifice: This technique is given to forsaken Kira Clan members in a way to mock their failure and quicken their death. It allows the user to heal someone who is seconds from death, at the cost of 10 years of their own life. This technique has never been used by anyone in the history of the Kira Clan, so the effects are simply predictions: And they may not be accurate.

Fighting style: Kyusho-jitsu (Taijutsu) is a martial art which emphasizes the attack of pressure points on the body. Hikaei uses this type of style to avoid directly harming her opponents, instead, disables the usage of their limbs so that they can no longer attack. However, this is not to be confused with the Byakugan, as the Kyusho-jitsu focuses on disabling limbs physically, but the opponent is still able to use chakra based attacks, including bloodline limits. (However, the opponent cannot make hand symbols if their arms are disabled.) Otherwise, Hikaei uses mostly the usual Kira clan quick light strike movements.

Summon: HeiBai : Although she has the contract with HeiBai to summon, HeiBai rarely appears when she summons him, and if he does, then he listens to none of her commands.

History: Rejected from birth, the only Kira Clan member that she knows personally is a woman named Kira Jun. That woman serves position of mistress of the head of the clan, in other words, Hikaei's mother. The Head Member's wife is never of Kira descent, and always learn the ways of the rejected Kira's due to their "unpure" blood. Therefore, Jun had always sympathized for Hikaei, though in her later life, Hikaei abandoned all and anything Kira. Her only memory of the Kira's, and her most vivid memory, is the day she said, "Dara", the name of a Kira Elder, who had been presently etching the traditional tattoo's onto her, instead of "Kira". It was argued that 'Dara' was still 'Kira' in a sense, because Dara was the oldest Kira member, but Kingo Kira, Hikaei's father, announced that he would settle for nothing less than the word 'Kira', and she was sent to the streets, supported only by Kira Jun, who hired a man named 'Ongi', one of Jun's original clan elders, to be her caretaker. This is the reason she presides in the Shioko Clan estate in Rain.

* Bold Italics are Hikaei's severe phobia's in which she loses her ability to judge right from wrong and becomes as stiff as a statue, Underlined are Hikaei's slight fears, although they are not so fearful to her that she cannot react, and Bold is simply her normal phobia's, in which she simply avoids with extreme efforts.

Actually, Korinku, I see nothing in the plot or rules that says the characters have to be at the student level. Also, you made no comment on the chuunin vest my character wears, so I assumed that he was allowed to be a chuunin. As for the technique...I have taken precautions against killing everyone instantly, such as a respirator, time to find a cure for the poison, and how I never mentioned that it weakens their physical or chakra abilities. However, if you still see a problem, I will change it.

Well, after thinking it over, I have figured out how we can use a chuunin in the RP so I guess you can be a chuunin. But only Garouga can be a chuunin because we only need one. So Garouga you are Accepted.

Ok, let me try to explain how this whole thing works...

This bone manipulation is not like the kaguya clan trait, where as they can regulate how their body uses calcium to create new bones from their body, and travel through those bones, this is entirely puppet like, much like kankuro, it dose require hand signs for some jutsu (such as bone cuffs or bone sheild) but in all other manner, its much like kankuro's fighting style. He cannot create new bones and he rarely uses the ones he has for hands due to the fact that they can get lost when hes not paying attention. He can summon bones from his family's shine to use in battle, but they will return after a certan ammount of time (about five or six of my posts). after he has completed the handsigns however, it is completely mental control, meaning he is usualy stuck in one spot, concentrating on where the bones are going(more advanced members can be moving while doing this) and the bones do have a certain range of reach.

Personality: Miharu is a friendly, caring person who always tries her hardest. She likes to spend her time walking
around the village, or sitting under the shadow of a tree, watching the clouds pass by. She always tries to get to speak to everyone to get to know them better. Of course, she can be rude at times talking to someone when they are busy with something else, but she does so with a big smile on her face, which makes everyone forget her intruding on their business. She is also slightly nosy, trying to know anything and everything. Miharu also underestimates her skills as a ninja. As compassionate and gentle she may be, in battle, she is a fierce fighter, never giving up her fight, even if the odds of winning are against her. However, she never kills a person in battle, despite their crimes, or even if they had planned to kill her. She believes that it is wrong to take a person's life, no matter what wrong-doings they have done in their life. She lives by this rule, and even though it has gotten her into many dangerous situations, she continues to believe in it. And she will never stop doing so.

Description: Miharu has an average height of 5'6", which she thinks is quite tall. Her body is quite slim, yet slightly lean, and ready for a fight. She has blue green eyes, which are a similar colour to that of the sea. She has navy blue hair, which she's always wanted to be black. Her hair is short in the front, and quite long at the back. Two spiky bangs go down either side of her face, and the hair at the back of her head is tied into a low ponytail, or a low braid which both reach down to a third of the way to the bottom of her back. She wears a black shirt which leaves her midriff. The left sleeve is long, while there is no right sleeve. Under that is a white, sleeved turtle-neck shirt, with two blue stripes that go down from the chest to the bottom of the shirt, which goes down to just above the waist. Both of her hands are covered in black gloves, which cover her wrists as well, and bandages cover her right forearm. She wears the usual headband on her forehead, beneath her two bangs. Her loose, black trousers are black, and go from the waist to a few inches below the knees. It is tied down with a belt-like strap at the bottom of the trousers. Bandages then cover her legs from the shin to the ankles, and black sandals cover her feet.

Bloodline: This does not count as a bloodline, but the Raika family specialises in the usage of lightning-natured chakra techniques and are naturally quick with the feet, and/or are quick-witted.

Techniques:
Kyuuden (Ball Lightning) - It is literally what it means. Miharu forms a ball of lightning in her hand, much like a Rasengan, but made of lightning. An unstable technique, and requires high amounts of chakra, thus Miharu keeps the use of this attack limited.
Shuurai (Lightning Strike) - A taijutsu technique which includes striking the enemy with sparks of electricity. The electricity is usually targeted at the enemy's main nerve points, which could quickly paralyze the opponent's body at certain points, or as a whole.
Denkousekka (Lightning Speed) - For a very short amount of time, Miharu's speed is increased to the extent that she looks like she teleports from one place to another. As it consumes a lot of chakra, it can only be used to travel short amounts of distance.

Fighting style: Everything about her fighting style is described within her family name: a Flash of Lightning. She moves speedily around enemies, picking off their energy bit by bit, until they could be finished off easily with one swift blow. She always likes to end her fights as quickly as possible, but never having to kill anyone, even at the risk of someone else's, or even her own life.

History: The Raika family are said to be one of the fastest ninjas around. Their naturally high speed is said to not
be underestimated. They would make perfect assasins, as they all like to get their jobs done quickly. However, they are peaceful people, never really having to fight unless they must. They train the young ones to become faster just for the pride of having a 'title' in their country. Miharu was trained just as hard as everyone else, and was brought up to become a fierce ninja. However, at the age of 6, whilst training, a powerful, unknown ninja attacked their village. Thinking she was strong enough, Miharu quickly attacked the enemy, but was swiftly brought down. She tried again, moving as fast as she could, but it was a futile attempt. The ninja then jumped to Miharu's house, and using a fire style jutsu, destroyed it completely, and everyone else inside, just before other Raika family members arrived. They then instantly killed the ninja, without hesitation. Miharu was distraught. She blamed it all on herself, and began to train harder. And after seeing the traumatising event of seeing someone die right in front of her, she vowed to never kill anyone, even if they had caused the death of a loved one...
