All you did was make Staravia's/Staraptor's cry backwards. Anyone can do that using sound recorder.
Same for Dialkia, you used Dialga and Palkia's cries and made them backwards.

I don't mean to be rude, but the oficial language of these forums is English (US or British, doesn't really matter).
Anyway, I suppose you want us to rate your sprites and sound files. For the sprites, there is a special section, but it's OK if you didn't know that. They are plain recolours, so there's not much to rate here, except for the horrible pinky colour of Dialga. As for Staravia - you said it yourself - it's DARK, so make it look more EVIL.
