Haha oh my gosh. I actually loled so hard just then. I actually don't want you to die because I'm sorta leaning on you being Justice and didn't you read this:

Here's what I want Bard or the real Aiber to do. Tonight Light will target me and try to kill me. If Bard truly is the real Aiber then I want him to redirect Light's kill onto someone else (a safe kill is Gunner since I can confirm she's not a role holder (I'm so sorry Gunner! I actually am and I feel terrible)) what this will do is this will make his kill in theory unable to kill the new target because remember Light has to kill a role holder by writing their name AND role, so if it's redirected, it won't kill the new person because they aren't L.

Basically, you have a slight chance that you'll survive.

Eh nothing to be too worked up over now. However, I have a feeling you're lying (read my really long post about the 5 people and 5 roles). Unless you can prove to me that either Mello, Soichiro, Aiber, Kira, or Kiyomi are dead, I have to believe you're lying. To summarize, right now we have 10 people including me alive. I can safely confirm/assume the identities of 5 of them. That leaves us with 5 people and 5 roles left. You are one of those 5 unconfirmed people therefore I'm wrong or you're lying.

Night Zero​

Light Yagami sat at his desk, notebook in hand. If anyone came to check on him, it would simply look as if he were studying like usual, but tonight was different.

He ran his fingers across the page of the Death Note.

"So if I write someone's name in here . . . they'll die?"

"Yeah, that's the gist of it," responded the creature clad in black that floated behind Light.

Light tapped his chin with the eraser end of his pencil. His eyebrows furrowed as he entertained the idea of using this notebook. The power to kill anyone with nothing but their face and name? The possibilities were astounding. Most people, however, wouldn't be able to see the use of such an artifact, thinking it abominable. Most people wouldn't be able to shoulder the burden of becoming a wielder of the Death Note.

Light Yagami was not most people.

This world was imperfect, and wildly so. Scum littered the streets and crime ran rampant. But with this notebook, Light could help to start making the world a better place, one criminal at a time. He believed he could do it. He could bear this burden, and he could rule this world.

He could control who lived and died.

He could become a god.

And all it would take was a little cunning resolve and a notebook.

A smirk found its way onto his face. He lowered his pencil to the page, glancing at the newspaper that lay on his desk off to the side. He slowly and deliberately penned the murderer's name. If this worked, it would surely make the news by morning.

If this worked, Light's whole life would be about to change.​

Day One​

​

A handful of criminals had already fallen to the Death Note's powers. Light Yagami was beginning to make a name for himself. Tonight he had decided that it was about time to branch out, take his powers to the street and take down a criminal before the law had a chance to find them.

After all, a swift death was far more efficient than a tedious trial.

He wrote the name down in the notebook.

It was a cool evening. He was sitting on a park bench in near silence. Not much was going on tonight.

But he had an eye on his target.

He glanced at his watch. He hadn't specified a means of death, so the target would collapse of a heart attack in a matter of seconds.

The hand ticked the time away.

A soft breeze wafted through the trees.

The man kept walking.

Light's eyebrows furrowed as he glanced between his watch and the Death Note. Why was nothing happening?

A faint chuckling resounded from behind Light. He grimaced. "That wasn't his real name, was it?"

Ryuk simply continued to laugh.

Light closed the Death Note. That was answer enough. He let out a sigh as a blonde girl walked over and took a seat next to him.

"I looked at the woman that you asked me to. She wasn't anything special." Misa looked at Light, a slight gleam in her eyes. The eyes of a Shinigami.

Light nodded. Misa was a nuisance, but her eyes were proving useful. Luckily for him, she was easily manipulated. She'd almost blown his cover with that copycat killer nonsense. It was her Shinigami that was the issue. He couldn't kill Misa without setting Rem off. She'd threatened to kill Light if anything happened to Misa. Anything. It was inconvenient, to say the least.

He'd learn to work around it in the meantime.

Light stayed for another minute before he managed to get Misa off his back for the night and head home. When he did, his father was talking about someone that was likely involved in one of his investigations. Light didn't recognize the name, so he didn't pay it much attention.

He walked up to his bedroom, locked the door behind him and took a seat at his desk.

His kill for the night had failed, but he'd already began planning for tomorrow.

He wasn't going to let this failure set him back.​

Night One​

Soichiro Yagami pointed his gun. The rest of the task force had the man surrounded.

"This is unacceptable!" gio7sm yelled. "I haven't yet fulfilled my duties! It can't end like this!"

The man was deranged and hostile. An officer rushed in and quickly knocked gio off his balance, handcuffing him as he shifted his weight onto the suspect.

As gio was placed into the back of a police car, Soichiro Yagami got out his cellphone.

"It seems that he has some connection to Kira. You think it's worth pursuing?"

"Why wouldn't it be?" L responded from the other end of the line.

L closed the flip phone that he used, shifting his weight from the imp-like position he'd taken in his chair as he got to his feet and stretched.

The investigation was just taking off, and it already seemed to be bearing fruit. How interesting. Of course, there was a good chance that this suspect knew absolutely nothing about Kira, and was just some fanatic that followed him. But L would find something. He always did.

He didn't expect that it would be easy, though.

No. Kira was too smart for that.

Back in the Yagami residence, Light watched as the news covered the story about the pursuit and captured suspect.

This was certainly annoying. He hadn't even been able to go through with that part of his plan. He'd thought that this person held promise, too.

Perhaps even he could be wrong every once in a while.​

Day Two​

"This Kira is a monster!" yelled one of the bystanders.

"He needs to be stopped!" commented a second.

"How does he do it? He just needs to know someone's name and then they die? How can anyone be safe?"

A fourth person spoke up. "But he's just eliminating a bunch of scum! If anything, I'd say he's a hero! The police don't seem to be doing anything, so why shouldn't we let someone else handle it?"

"Are you crazy?" the first bystander spoke again. "Who's to say he won't decide to use his power on someone innocent? What if he kills someone that is accused of a crime and isn't actually guilty? What then?"

"Well he hasn't made a mistake yet, so I think it's worth trusting him for now."

"You are crazy," one of the other figures finished.

Back in the Yagami residence, Light sat at his desk. His father had mentioned that name again. Rivers. How odd that it had turned out to be the same person that he was targeting tonight.

Light ignored it, though. He focused on the notebook that lay in front of him.

This man appeared to be a threat.

No, this boy.

He was young, but he was intelligent, and he had to be eliminated. Light couldn't risk it. He carefully penned out the name. He chuckled a bit as he decided on the method of death.

This was going to be interesting, and perhaps a bit amusing.

Back in his home, the boy was on his way from his bedroom to the bathroom when he stubbed his toe on something. It was pitch dark, and he'd likely left one of his action figures lying about.

Wait, he never did that. He was far too organized.

Still, he clutched his foot and tumbled slightly off balance.

By the time he realized that he was standing right next to the stairs, it was too late. He fell through the air, hitting various parts of his body on the staircase before finally hitting the bottom step and snapping his neck.

He wasn't technically dead yet, but he was paralysed and certainly wouldn't last long enough to receive any medical assistance.

Back in the town, a man was setting up one of many elaborate cons.

So elaborate, in fact, that he confused a god of death.

When Ryuk returned to Light's house, he was greeted with a frustrated scolding.

"That wasn't who I told you to stop! You're a Shinigami, you can see a person's true name at all times! How could you mess this up?"

There was a brief pause.

"I got distracted," Ryuk stated.

"You got distracted," Light repeated in an exasperated tone.

"There were a lot of apples. I got distracted."

Light placed his head in his hand and groaned. "Whatever, it wasn't integral to my plan anyway. Just try not to screw up again."

Ryuk simply stared at the mortal before giving a light grunt. "Sure kid, whatever you say."

The night was busy as, while these things occurred, other investigations were carried out and some broadcasts were prepared.

Light's phone rang. It was Misa.

"Hello?" he said, posing it as a question.

"The man from the other night? The one you tried to kill? I found out his name. Oh! And why was Ryuk there? You didn't ask him to follow that same man, did you?"

"No," Light responded, grimacing at the Shinigami.

"Oh. Well, I do know his name!"

"And what is it?"

A smirk crossed Light's face. This was information he'd keep in mind for later.

"Thank you Misa. We'll talk again tomorrow."

Misa said her goodbyes, in that annoying way she had, and Light sat back to relax. Things were going smoothly.

Except . . . there was something nagging him in the back of his mind.

The way his father had spoken about that boy . . . Light was, dare he say it, feeling a bit guilty. After all, the boy wasn't a criminal. He wasn't bad in any sense of the word. If it weren't for the fact that they held opposing ideals, he may actually have liked the boy had they a chance to meet.

He cursed himself under his breath. He was weak.

He grabbed the Death Eraser and wiped that boy's name from the Death Note.​

Night Two​

An interesting choice.

Soichiro Yagami couldn't deny that they had been looking into Netto Azure after the previous day, but their investigations had turned out quite the opposite of what they had been expecting. The man had no affiliation with Kira whatsoever, as far as they could tell. Still, they'd taken him in for questioning, and for now he was to stay behind bars. They couldn't take any chances with this investigation.

The fruitful part of the day had been the questioning of the man they'd apprehended the day previous.

"Do you know anything about Kira or the people he's been targeting?"

L watched the screen as a member of the task force carried out the interrogation.

"I know he does good. He deletes those that are no longer worthy of living!"

This man was certainly enthusiastic, L had to give him that.

"Do you know anything about how Kira kills?"

The man was fidgeting. L watched his movements. He didn't seem to be in a healthy state of mind, that was for sure. And he certainly had an intense admiration for Kira. It was as if he worshiped him. No, he did worship him. To him, Kira was a god righting the wrongs of the world.

How interesting.

"I know that he doesn't need to lay a hand on the ones he deletes. They wouldn't deserve that grace!"

"So you don't know who Kira is?"

The man grimaced. It almost seemed like he was insulted by the question. No, it seemed more like a glimpse of envy. He wanted to know who Kira was, but he didn't. He'd told them everything that he knew by now.

L pressed the button in front of him and spoke.

"He won't be of any further use. Escort Mr. Mikami back to his cell."

At the very least, they'd put away one of Kira's fanatical followers. And L could see that this man was a potential danger.

And a potential tool.

This only brought them one step closer to finding Kira.​

Day Three​

Kira's influence was beginning to take a stronger hold.

"Did you see that Takada woman on TV? The way she spoke about Kira . . . maybe she's right."

"You mean to tell me that you agree with what that maniac is doing?"

"Well, he's only killed criminals so far. Who's to say that he's not on our side?"

"If you say so, man, but I'm not buying it."

The two figures walked off to continue their menial lives.

Light sat by a fountain, contemplating his newest kill. He thought it was probably a bit too theatrical, but perhaps that would help keep L off of his scent. It wasn't really Light's style, after all.

He watched as, across the street, a man took a sip of his wine. He briefly heard another person praising Kira, with someone else responding in disbelief. He couldn't help but crack a slight smile. Things were going rather smoothly.

The man he was watching began to choke on his wine. He clutched at his throat with one hand, grasping the wine glass in the other. As his complexion began to turn a slight blue from the oxygen deprivation, he smashed the wine glass against a table and used one of its shards to slit his left wrist. He proceeded to write the words "For Teru" on the restaurant's wall in his own blood.

Light was correct. It was a bit too theatrical, but it was interesting. He turned his head as Misa walked over to him.

"That business man you were looking at? I got his name for you."

Light nodded. He went with Misa towards the train station, where they parted ways. He realized as he boarded the train that he was being followed by the FBI agent from the bus crash.

Raye Penber. What did he want now?

Across town, a man was packing his things in a rush. "I need to get out of here ASAP," he said, handing his apartment keys to the new tenant. "Have fun in this shit hole!"

With that, he was gone, and Tokyo's newest resident entered his new home.​

Night Three​

​

L watched as the events of the day unfolded. This newcomer was . . . interesting. Surely Kira had taken note of him as well. His arrival was certainly making waves, and perhaps it would spur the regular citizens into action.

As it was, people were beginning to notice the individual that they'd taken in for questioning. L wasn't yet sure if that was a good thing, as the task force had not yet been given the opportunity to question them. As far as he knew, this person could be aligned with himself, Kira, or someone else entirely.

He also took note of another that civilians had placed their focus on. It was certainly odd for the general public to be this concerned about an investigation, and of course L had next to zero faith in the "logic" that they used to justify their reasoning. Most of them were panicked, placing their faith in the wrong people, or just plain unintelligent.

In the end, the general public had no sway on L's own decisions, and L was the one leading this investigation. He'd already drawn Kira out, began to figure out how he killed, and had caused him to slip up.

And somehow that brought L to his prime suspect.

Light Yagami.

The son of Soichiro Yagami. He was incredibly intelligent, and L had been keeping an eye on him. He felt that now was the time to become a bit more direct. Light was currently attending university.

L was going back to school, it seemed.​

There were apples everywhere. He couldn't focus.

Why were there so many apples?

He threw the suitcase into the passenger seat. How was he supposed to talk to anyone like this? He turned the key, started the car and pulled out onto the street with a screech.

There were apples in his car now. There were apples in his car now.

Ryuk laughed from the back seat, but the man couldn't hear it. He glimpsed in the rear view mirror, but he couldn't see the Shinigami either.

Still, he could feel that something was off.

He was in the middle of traffic now. He was driving too fast, but he didn't notice. He was too focused on the apples that were appearing in his car.

"WHAT THE HELL IS WITH ALL THESE APPLES?" he yelled, briefly losing control of the wheel.

That was what sealed his fate.

The car veered to the side, crossing over the yellow lines of the road. The man grabbed the wheel and pulled it to the side, but he slammed into an oncoming car before he could do anything.

He died on impact.

It was the middle of the night.

Misa picked up her phone as she watched the men conversing. It was the one in the middle, right?

There was a click and suddenly Light was speaking on the other end of the line.

"Yep, I got his name. No objections this time," she said, giggling.

The three men were still talking. Something about the "mysterious L." Didn't sound too interesting to Misa, but they all seemed pretty hyped for Kira to be met with "justice."

Misa was tempted to kill them all right there. No one talked about her boyfriend like that! But she knew Light had other plans, so she held herself back.

There was one woman that caught her attention, though. "Fucking morons," she said, glancing sidelong at the three men as she walked by. "Who cares about the scum he kills."

On the other end of the phone, she could hear Light's dad talking about the same man, as well as the one that Light had tried to kill before. Still going on about him, she thought.

Across town, a citizen of "Justice" was rifling through a drawer. The results were . . . normal. The man didn't seem to have an opinion about the case, one way or the other.

And by morning, this gossip would reach L.​

"He is freeing us from the darkness that plights our world. Follow him into a new world order, where no more crime exists, where the only ones that have to live in fear are the ones that bring us fear now. Follow Kira. Follow him into his new world."

The policeman slapped a pair of handcuffs on the suspect's wrist.

The suspect just continued to sing Lady Gaga songs.

L turned to Light.

"What are your thoughts on this?"

Light frowned. "There's no way this guy is Kira!"

L nodded. "Yes, I have to agree with you there."

L believed that there was now a seven percent possibility that Light truly was Kira. He'd invited him to work with the task force for now, which allowed him to both keep an eye on Light while also investigating him. The cameras in the Yagami household had provided nothing to incriminate Light. Absolutely nothing.

Light appeared to be too innocent.

They hadn't given a proper interrogation to the person previously arrested, and L didn't see much of a reason why they might need to question this man. He was an ordinary citizen. He didn't know anything.

So why was he being arrested?

This whole thing was becoming a mess.​

"Is dad not going to be home tonight?" Light asked.

"He's busy with the investigation, so he said he won't be," his mother responded from the other room. "Speaking of which, I was going to have you bring a change of clothes to him later."

"Yeah, I can do that," Light responded.

So, his father wouldn't be home. Which also meant he wouldn't be here to unintentionally guilt Light out of doing anything.

Light smirked. It was time to try it again.

He penned the name Nate Rivers into the Death Note. Death by accident.

In the city, Takeshi Ooi was leaving Yotsuba's head office. Higuchi was dead. The fool had been Kira, and an inefficient one. Now Ooi held the Death Note and was prepared to pick up Higuchi's slack.

But as he turned the corner, he instinctively clutched his hand to his chest. What?! He dropped to his knees, breathing heavily. Why? What did I do wrong?

He collapsed completely.

Outside the building, a few citizens were speaking to one another.

"He's making the world a better place! How can you not agree with that?"

"Well, I think I'm starting to see it that way."

"Wait, weren't you two saying how much you supported L and hoping that he would catch Kira soon just the other day?"

"Yeah, well, things change. Kira is doing a lot more good than the police ever have. Have you noticed how much crime has dropped around here? It's amazing!"

A woman walked by. "Fucking morons. Kira is pathetic. Maybe L should catch him."

One of the men scratched his head. "Isn't that the same woman that was going around and calling people morons for not agreeing with Kira the other day?"

One of the other two shrugged. "Guess she can't make up her mind."

In their homes, two more citizens were found dead.

One, having been so enthralled in worshiping Kira, had forgotten to eat, so she'd died of starvation.

The other had heard that L loved sweets, so in an effort to emulate the great detective, he ate so much sugar that the shock of it had caused a stroke, ending his life.

And in the dead of this already deadly night, the boy named Nate walked out of his home, an odd sensation compelling him to do so. He took a step out into the street, walking slowly, without purpose. Whether he saw the bus coming or not didn't seem to matter.

He died instantly.​

Klippy is dead. He was Just.​

Damn it! The police were really cracking down, it seemed. He hadn't even said anything in favor of Kira until last night, and they were already after him!

He swore under his breath. They were wasting their time going after him, instead of making an actual difference out there. This was why he'd chosen Kira. This was why Kira was winning.

He heard footsteps outside. No doubt they had him surrounded.

He stepped out onto his balcony, keeping low to avoid being seen. He wrapped his hands around a pipe and pulled himself up. Maybe if he could sneak onto the neighboring rooftop. . . .

"Get down!" screamed a voice as a light was aimed at him.

"Son of a . . . ," he raised his hands in surrender. Moments later they were in handcuffs and he was being escorted to a police vehicle.

Day Six​

​

"Oh, so this is your father!" Misa exclaimed, giving a small bow to Soichiro Yagami.

They were now all gathered in the Task Force headquarters. Light had already written more names in his Death Note, and now L was examining one of the notebooks.

Thanks to Higuchi, the concept of the notebook had been revealed, and the task force had their hands on one. The one that L was investigating . . . was Light's own notebook. As far as he was concerned, it wouldn't be long before he figured out L's real name and killed him. He just needed to wait for the opportunity.

L touched the notebook. He could see the shinigami.

Light had also gotten lucky with that one woman, Naomi Misora. She'd come looking for the task force, saying she had information about Kira. She certainly did know what she was talking about, Light had to give her that much. If he hadn't been looking for his father that day, this woman would have ruined everything. He'd be dead now.

She'd been the loose end that had been nagging him in the back of his mind for weeks.

But now she would no longer be a problem. She'd given him an alias at first, but he'd managed to earn her trust just enough to get her to display her ID. And that moment had been beautiful.

"So, if you don't mind me asking, why do you keep checking your watch?" Naomi asked. She still wasn't sure how she felt about Light, but if he was truly working with L, he was her best bet in finding the detective. Naomi was, after all, one of the few people on the planet who knew L's face.

Ironically enough, a member of the task force walked by during this little exchange. But Light had succeeded, barely.

"Oh, well . . . I guess it's because," Light began, watching as the fortieth second ticked away on his watch. A dark smile crossed his face. "I'm Kira."

Naomi's eyes widened. She'd heard him and taken in the shock, but suddenly she was no longer in control of her actions. She turned and began to walk away.

"What's the matter?" Light asked.

"There's something I have to do."

Light pulled out his phone. "My father's cellphone might be available now. Do you want to see if you can talk to him?"

"No, thank you, I have nothing to say to him."

"Then goodbye, Naomi Misora."

Death by suicide, where no one would ever find the body.

Across town, a poor soul was about to meet his end.

He didn't know what it was, but something had compelled him to visit his favorite Bidoof paraphernalia store tonight. Eh, why would he object to that urge? Bidoof was the best. There was always time for Bidoof.

He was on his way out of the store, arms full with Bidoof plushies, masks, and costumes. This was great! But suddenly he heard some sort of . . . cracking?

He glanced up just in time to see the support beams of the giant Bidoof statue give. The statue plummeted towards the ground, its terrifyingly large eyes and gaping maw ready to swallow the mean whole.

The man dropped everything to the ground and raised his arms. "I knew my god would come to accept me!" he yelled, tears of joy streaming down his face.

The statue crushed him moments later. Bidoof FTW's soul had been claimed by his lord. He died happy.

The last citizen who had yet to make up his mind stared at the puddle of blood. He picked up the blood stained Bidoof mask and held it to his face.

"That's it," he declared, "it's time for Kira to meet his end."

The fact that that statement was coming through a bloodstained Bidoof mask was either comical or incredibly threatening. Regardless, it was disturbing.​

L watched as the message was broadcast. This was an interesting development. No, it was insulting, and a rather low move. Impersonating him, really? Perhaps Kira truly had such little faith in his own cause that he had to resort to such tricks. Pathetic.

With the way the crowd was acting, so completely certain that this man was evil, they'd had to arrest him for his own safety. The people were falling apart.

He'd gone along with it for now. It was obvious that someone had been trying to antagonize him, but he wasn't going to fall for it.​

Day Seven​

Damn it! Light slammed his fist down on the table. Why couldn't he do it? It was a necessary action, but for some reason he just couldn't go through with it. Would he really go so far as to murder his own father? Before he'd even gotten rid of L?

No. Yes. He didn't know. At the very least, he couldn't bring himself to do it tonight. Perhaps tomorrow. He'd figure it out. For now, he just had to focus on bringing down L.

"Did you get his name? When he came in earlier?" he asked Misa, who sat on the couch only feet away.

"Yes, of course!" she said excitedly, not wanting to see Light remain in his agitated state. "It's kind of a weird name, though. He's an old man, you really think he could be a problem?"

"Of course!" Light growled back, echoing Misa. "He may be old, but don't underestimate him. He's a threat, and threats have to be eliminated."

Downstairs, L continued to stare at the computer screen, though whether or not he was actually taking in the information on the screen was debatable. He had his finger to his lips, lost in thought as he stacked a pile of sugar cubes.

Yes, he had no doubt that Misa Amane was the second Kira, but how could he prove that Light was the Kira? He didn't have solid proof yet, but he was sure of it. He'd just finished looking into Miss Amane. He was sure of her guilt, but for now, she might be a useful tool in proving Light's own guilt.

Out in the city, a man had managed to get Kira's attention. It was God's Grace that would be the conduit through which he'd prove himself, but for now, neither man knew the other's identity.

And on the other side of town, a woman was stalking another. "Fucking moron," she muttered, as was her usual reaction. The woman was guilty, that much was certain. Regardless, she'd be sure that this Gossip would spread far enough that even L would hear of it.​

Night Seven​

L turned to Misa.

"I'm sorry miss Amane, but we're going to have to take you in as the second Kira."

Before she could respond, she was already in handcuffs and being dragged away.

"You can't be serious?" Light yelled, but he refrained from interfering.

L simply glanced at him.

Rem watched as the scene dragged on. She didn't make a move yet. Light Yagami might still be able to get Misa out of this predicament.

But if he didn't, Rem would kill him.

For now she turned her attention to someone that had added to the domino effect that led to Misa's capture.

She pulled out her Death Note and began to write.​

Orpheus has been apprehended. He was an Idealist.​

Sonata is dead. He was one of the Populace.​

Day Eight​

​

Watari aimed his gun, ready to shoot, but the damn Shinigami was in his way. It was following him, but for some reason it wasn't killing him. It was just being a nuisance.

He wouldn't be able to carry out this kill for the night.

Meanwhile, L had been able to touch another Death Note. The second Shinigami was revealed to him.

Light, on the other hand, had made a foolish mistake. He'd written the name down in his notebook . . . but nothing had happened. He'd gotten something wrong. He'd screwed up an important detail.

He too had failed this night, and that could likely cost him his life.

The same man from the night before was trying to fall under God's Grace, but someone was watching him from the shadows. What a juicy sight to Gossip about.​

Night Eight​

The day had felt...unusually long, for some reason. The townspeople had debated, but in the end, the votes were final.

L watched as the man was taken into custody. He was a strong follower of Kira, going so far as to worship him as God. L would surely need to pursue any possible connection to Kira that this man might have had.

For now, the people were glad just to see day's end. Those opposing Kira would be relieved to see another one of his followers off the streets.​

Day Nine​

Light grinned. Things were nearing the endgame, so it was about time to eliminate one of his larger threats. He'd been trying to find L, but there was no point in wasting his time chasing down a hidden threat when there were plenty of dangers out in the open.

He wrote down the name in the Death Note.

What he didn't realize is that the man he was killing was currently standing right next to Ryuk, who had been trying to distract Soichiro Yagami.

The man was holding a gun, and it was poised.

Ryuk stared at him. Things were starting to get a bit annoying. Everything had been moving so slowly. Nothing fun was happening and now the humans were harassing him.

"Hehehe, sorry Light," the Shinigami thought to himself. "But I'm out of here."

And with that, the god of death was gone. The man that had been holding the gun dropped to the ground moments later, killed by a heart attack.

And in the city, another had dropped dead by the hands of the third Death Note. This man's life had been meaningless. He wasn't important, but he'd been killed nonetheless.

Beyond that, two more people had disappeared. No one was quite sure what had happened to them, but they were never seen around these parts again.​

Sopheria is gone. She was an Idealist.​

Nagi is dead. She was Just.​

Misdreavus is dead. He was a member of the Populace.​

*Flips table* Ughhh I've been so caught up with Light that I forgot about that. Who are your suspicions of the third wielder? I'm kinda going towards the Gunner route now. It may be possible that she lied to us and she actually became a loyal follower and got some Death Note powers. Wait... Nimsy since you were a citizen, can you tell me exactly how you're converted? Like details and everything? Even include the time it took like did you have you wait a day before saying if you were loyal or not to a certain cause?

Ok Nimsy tell me if this is possible. On N6 you investigated aG correct and she was a follower correct? Now this is different than a loyal follower which has pledged. So if this was N6 then on N7 she could have pledged her allegiance to Loki, but she claims she didn't. However, if this is true than is it possible for her to be a loyal supporter of L since there was only N8 when she could have pledged for the Justice League?

The game is back on? I am our evil mastermind's daddy, I've been sorting for ages (especially since they tried to kill me once) and somehow they decided I was untouchable ahaha. I've been protecting all sort of people, since Deceptio and Bards premature reveals left too many roles on the table :/ so annoyed the target Klippy on the night I switched it around.

I need to look back at the list but that leaves Kiyo as Light, unless someone calling themselves Vanilla is trying to buy time.
